I had significant theft problems. When a $3000 part from my outboard motor was stolen, I was basically laughed at when I asked for a month free. Second time, I frozen blot saved me from a $5000 theft. I moved things out as soon as I could.

I have been very happy doing business with US Storage since the year 2000.. The facility is well maintained and the staff always tries they're best to accommodate they're customers. I give them a 5 stars plus.

You have access is till 10p. However, if you stay after 10p, you're literally trapped until morning time. That's the dumbest thing ever. If you're inside, you should be able to come out. Also, hire overnight security. Police passed us FIVE TIMES while we were looking very suspicious but never came to check what was going on. We needed help there was nobody to call. No warnings stating there is no exit if you stay pass 10. All very stupid. Enjoy ya day!

**1-Star Review: Disappointing and Unreliable**
I am extremely disappointed with this storage facility. During a recent storm, the facility flooded, and my storage unit was affected. Even after the storm passed and the area dried out, I still did not have access to my unit. To make matters worse, despite having insurance and trusting that the facility would provide some form of coverage, they somehow managed to avoid covering the damages. There was no communication or support from management, and the lack of preparedness for flooding is unacceptable. I trusted this facility to keep my belongings safe, but it failed miserably. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for secure storage.

THE WORST STORAGE UNIT COMPLEX EVER! The manager (August 2024) is a LIAR! Everyone at Cube Smart is a liar! The area supervisor is NO HELP! The facility flooded in May/June 2024. The area supervisor requested access to my unit and promised to send replacement keys for the new locks placed on my unit. That was July 9, 2024. It's now August 28, 2024 and I still have not received the keys to my unit. I have called many times to the store, left many voice mail messages, spoken with the supervisor several times, spoken with Zeus the manager and spoken with customer service on the 800 number. Result? Nothing, I still do not have the keys to my unit. I have called the store and spoken with the manager, Zeus, who promised to send the keys out almost a month ago. I called again on Monday, August 19, 2024 and still have not received the keys. There is always an excuse every time I call. I have provided a forwarding address for the keys at least 5 or 6 times. I have rented this storage unit for 7 years and enough is enough! Where are my keys!

The whole online rental process was very easy. However, when I got to the storage to park my vehicle in the designated spot according to my lease, the gates were wide open and appeared to be inoperable. Not sure how secure the location will be but I am hoping it will be a relatively quick repair.

Terrible customer service!! They don't know what reservations are available and then they waste the customer's time. 2 hours checking what spaces they have available.

Don't go here. They take your money and say they gonna give you money for the flood that happened. They taking money but not reimbursing ppl there money for their belongings. And the dude Zeus. He act like he own the place. But he don't. He is rude and he bullies people. I moved my stuff out. Good thang I did. Cause they tried to not let me see or get my stuff. But sent a email. Wanting money after all of us has lost our stuff. But they said they not paying anything. Cause our insurance don't cover water damage. They will be sued from me. Bet that and don't try text me or clarify nothing Cubesmart. Y'all need to fire him . Or get somebody to buy this cause y'all will lose. I have pictures of my stuff damaged. I had to throw away all my stuff. And y'all to tell everyone y'all not paying. Y'all will be sued . Nobody come here at all. Bad service and bad attitude. Brandon he has a good attitude only if he was there only. It might be better. Don't rent here ppl. Not a good idea. You will lose wit them. Don't even tell relatives about here. I don't recommend no one to come here. 💯💯💯 Daaale

This is the most dirtiest and unprofessional rent storage I’ve ever seen Place been closed for a whole month. You can’t access your product, but then they go around and charge you for the storage for keeping your product hostage.

Worst place to store your belongings. If there is a flood they will not reimburse you for any damage to your stuff. Even if you have insurance.
