This company never showed up with my medicine. I just called them to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy and they told me to hold and had music buzz into my ear for a long time. Do not go with them. Better to go pick up your medicine from a different place. Never again

This is terrible! I called to know about the availability of the drug I needed. The girl asked me about something, but due to interference on the phone, I could not understand. I politely apologized and said I didn't understand. And she just hung up. Complete lack of communication skills with customers. Management needs to pay attention to this employee so as not to lose customers. I used to shop there several times, but now I will never go back.

This is by far the most professional and efficient home delivery service for all pharmaceuticals and medical supplies in South Florida. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I am wholly impressed with their service and highly recommend Direct Meds of Florida to anybody located within their coverage area.

I was very sceptical about a pharmacy that was not around the corner. I found Direct Meds to be fast, efficient and trouble free. The delivery option is great, their service is very reliable and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I feel just like a number to the big chains but at Direct Meds I am treated like a person whose is important to their business.
