I dropped my stock 2012 Chrysler SRT off for an oil change at 12:37pm for an oil change. Was quoted 2 hours so I went for a walk in this crazy heat. I got a call at 1:52pm that they will not be able to do an oil change because the car is too low. It’s stock height. Why it takes an hour and 15 minutes to determine that is beyond me. Will not be coming back here.

I don’t recommend this place for two reasons:
1. The service team took a long time for an inspection and then were mad at me when I respectfully asked why it was taking three hours instead of the one hour they had told me.
2. There were a lot of people there, and they were also waiting a long time for their services.

I recommend this store 100% today Danjer helped me and was super attentive to me and I was able to resolve the oil change thanks to him he personally made sure that they gave me the best service and I was satisfied with the price and the results apart from the oil they changed my tires and They aligned it, the car came out like new.

Usually good friendly honest service. Today, unfortunately, I learned that it depends on which service agent processes your transaction. Ask for Jacob or Yazzer. They will do you right.

When I picked up the car the anti lock brake light that I took it there for was still on. Also, a new annunciation displayed low tire pressure. I had them fill the tires then was told the indicator would reset after driving a few miles". The tire pressure reset, but it still shows anti lock brake failure. I paid for the inspection and didn't receive one. The problem was beyond the mechanics ability to diagnose.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, not only customer service but they don’t know what they’re doing. I went to get my tires installed, they recommended me to change brakes, I did, now they’re squeaking and my cars back seat is vibrating. I came back to get this fixed, they said it would take 4-5 hours to get serviced. You be the judge, I’m never using them again!

Good service, veteran discount. Very good tires. Friendly staff. Can view the work area to see the progress. But the bathroom could be a lot cleaner.
Today I got my rear tires. In at 7.30 out by 8.10. Thanks Alberto.

I've always taken my vehicles to Firestone. I started coming to this one and they are friendly and always get the job done. Leo is a terrific tech!! He's worked on my car a few times.

Do not come to this location I call a day prior to make a appointment and DJ told me that you don’t need one,He told me if you come at 7 AM will take care of you! Got there at seven and mysteriously they had three appointment I had of me. This guy was so rude and I’m professional,He told me to leave a car and come back later. The whole purpose of me coming there at 7 AM so he can be done first because some people have to work.
Never coming back there!
