I know ,so simple, but often happens when you pick something out when delivered, looks very different. Not with My Peonika they always provide what it’s shown and I love it. Arrangements that they make are truly elevated, elegant and breathtaking. Delivery process one of the smoothest I ever had. Always comes on given time, never that I got it late. Before they do bring it to you, they will always send pictures of an actual bouquet that was prepared for you to make sure it’s what you wanted. Amazing! I was always impressed with the team. Communication is never an issue. My Peonika is truly to recommend to everyone. People that take their job seriously respect your money spend and most importantly passionate about flowers. “I ordered a large bouquet of roses, more than fifty of them, for my girlfriend's graduation party, and what Ms. Flowers pulled off that day turned a potential disaster into one of the best customer service experiences I've had in years. I'd originally ordered through a different florist. My pickup was scheduled for 11 AM. I showed up right on time and the store was closed. No one answered the phone. They ghosted me completely, and I ended up disputing that charge with my credit card company afterward. For a few minutes I thought I was completely out of luck, no flowers, no backup plan, and a graduation starting at 3:30 that I could not show up to empty handed. That's when I found Ms. Flowers, the same day, with zero notice. I explained the situation. More than fifty roses, needed to look incredible, and I had to be across town by 3:30. They didn't blink. Instead of making me come pick up the order and lose time I didn't have, they offered to deliver the bouquet directly to me. That's the kind of business this is. A total stranger walks in with an emergency on the worst possible timeline, and they treat it like it's their job to make it work, because it is. The bouquet itself was stunning. Over fifty roses, arranged tight and full, colors balanced, nothing that looked rushed even though they were putting this together same day under real time pressure. It arrived on time and was easily the centerpiece of the entire party. Every person who walked in commented on it. What earns Ms. Flowers five stars from me is that they had every excuse to say no. Same day order, huge quantity, tight deadline, a customer they'd never met before. Instead they delivered a product that looked like it had been planned weeks in advance. That's not luck, that's a team that knows what they're doing and takes pride in it. If you're in Davie, FL and looking for a florist for a graduation, wedding, birthday, or any event where you need a large, high quality arrangement and you need it to actually show up looking incredible, I'd send you to Ms. Flowers without hesitation. Same day delivery, real craftsmanship, and a team that came through for me when another company left me stranded. I'll be back for the next event, and I'd recommend them to anyone in South Florida looking for a florist who treats a big order like it matters.”
