Second day in a roll that I try to buy something at this location and that is a note on the door “in the bathroom”, so I couldn’t even go in the store. So I decided to buy somewhere else.

Manager in red shirt decided to close at 6:20 pm when the store advertises open until 7pm. He was locking the front door when I walked up and he was like “yeah we are closed”. What a joke! This is yet another nail in the coffin of brick and mortar stores… who has time to drive to a place that should be open only to see staff decided to close very early?

I’d like to suggest you guys changing your hours of operation - because it’s 9:38 am and you guys are still not open…. I was patient and went to Starbucks sent my bf to Publix while I waited here outside and you guys are still not opened.

Tried buying a product , system was down for some reason and couldn’t process my payment. Very inconvenient for me with having so much to do on my only day off in a week to waste time and drive somewhere else. Come on. Girl working there was having a hard time trying to do what she can to fix the issue but couldn’t help me. I usually came here for my supplementation but not any more.

Manager sucks, never has items in stock. never helpful, customer service is the worst. I dont recomend to anyone. Even decined my cash when system was down.
