Today they gave me an ice cream and it was almost melted, prior that as always I love your milkshakes but at this place they NEVER have almond milk. We used to go every other week but as they don’t have almond milk we are not going that often. Servers are always in a bad mood. I love haagen Dazs but this place really gives people bad times.

This is an Uber eats order and it took him 1.5 hrs to deliver with 3 stops. Obviously no ice box and what would you expect of the ice cream? Soup.This store needs to take care of delivery orders and not put delivery drives and customers in the hook.

Even though this location was out of my favorite ice cream. I’ve been obsessed with Belgium chocolate for the last 15 years! I gave them 5 stars because Zyonna was absolutely the sweetest she gave me different ice cream to try and reassured me. They will be having the Belgium ice cream shipment in soon. Zyonna way absolutely professional, and friendly! Give her a raise or make her manager

I am very displeased with the customer service at this location. For a mistake that was on their part, we were treated like an inconvenience. Working in an industry like this you’re bound to have misunderstandings with customer and, that’ll lead to re-making orders. But instead of being understanding about the situation the worker made it seem like we put them through such a hassle. In the future, I’d like to see improvement with customer service and dealing with minor issues. You guys are prone to losing loyal customers due this.

Walked in and there were 3 workers working. The place was not busy at all. The first thing that I’ve noticed, as a customer, were the dirty tables inside the store. I had to clean my own table to be able to sit down and enjoy my ice cream dazzler, which was amazing and sooo delicious. The 3 workers, one of them was a manager I believe, were just standing around and chit chatting among themselves instead of taking care of the store. Other customers walked in and they had to clean their own table too and that table had spilled water and dirty spoons on it. So they just dumped the water off in the corner on the floor (it was a lot of water spilled on the table that wiping it with napkins won’t be sufficient) and moved the table. The workers didn’t even offer help or cloth to help any of us clean the tables. Also, because of standing water in the store mosquitos ate me alive. I was there for 10-15 mins and people came and went and left tables dirty again and the workers didn’t bother even noticing. Overall, ice cream was delicious, customer service was nice but the atmosphere, environment, and cleanliness of the store was not up to any standards whatsoever. Management should do better or train their workers better.
