I have to say that Hallandale is ON TOP OF THINGS this holiday season. I was accidentally shorted a few units from my last bottle. I emailed and told them about it on Dec 27th, then I went ahead and placed another order through my physician on Dec 28th. I got my replacement YESTERDAY, And my order TODAY. This is super fast. I have always loved the customer service they provide and this is the fasted I’ve ever received my medication. It surprised me considering I really figured they are busy right now. They really do strive to put their customers FIRST! Thank you to the entire staff especially Karen who helped me with my replacement order. I will continue to let everyone know how amazing you guys have been.

4 doses of my medication was ordered and paid for although they only sent enough for three doses. Have been trying to reach them for over 2 weeks to correct this and the prescribing doctor has emailed and called multiple times. They have not responded or tried to make right. My calls go directly to voice mail. Although the compounded medication I received is outstanding this issue has not been resolved. Do not recommend.

I was quite impressed with the level of service and the quality of meds I received from this pharmacy. My physician sent the script over and I while I was warmed there was about a 7 day lead time for my medication they managed to beat this estimate. I was then promptly sent FED- Ex tracking information. My particular medication requires refrigeration and their cold packing was first rate. I will definitely be sending my subsequent scripts to these folks as they do a fine job.

My doctor sent my prescription 10 days ago and I have heard nothing from the pharmacy. I’ve called numerous times, but continually receive a pre-recorded message that there is an unusual high call volume. After hearing the message twice my call is automatically cut off. I have emailed several times and only receive the same blanket email statement in response, which has absolutely nothing to do with my situation. I would love to know how everyone else in these reviews are actually talking to a human voice.

First order? Seamless. Second one? Only included insulin syringes and alcohol pads. My provider and I have been trying to get in touch with them for days, both via phone and email, to no avail. That’s $1,200 OF MEDICATION THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. I hope this review will get their attention and the response that we’ve been looking for, and I hope to be able to revisit this review to improve their rating.

Update: Although it did take about a week for them to email back, they finally did and Tanya was very helpful.The issue was able to be resolved and my order is due for delivery tomorrow.My first order placed over a month ago was delivered promptly as expected, however I am about to lapse on my medication as the order I placed weeks ago has not been fulfilled. Their phone lines have been going to automated voicemail for weeks, and I have emailed several times with no reply. Will have to consider switching to another pharmacy in the future to avoid this uncertainty.

Update to original post: My order has been refunded. I’m assuming they’re a delays related to their staffing and growth. But i wanted to come back and improve my review and give them credit for eventually following up with me.I recently had a terrible experience with Hallandale Pharmacy, and I feel it's my duty to warn others about their poor service. I ordered medication and paid via an invoice that was sent to me, but was told after I paid that the medication could not be shipped to my state. They asked for an address outside of my state, which was odd. I've been requesting a refund for over a month, but haven't received any response despite emailing from the same address I used to pay. It's been over a month, and I still haven't heard back anything about a refund. I've tried contacting their customer support team multiple times, but I've only received generic responses that haven't helped me at all. To make matters worse, they've refused to issue me a refund for the $225 I paid for the medication. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with Hallandale, and I strongly advise others to avoid using their service. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable and trustworthy company to use instead.

I am very pleased with the customer services I received from Ashanti J at Hallandale Pharmacy. I was not able to reach them via phone but I sent and email and I received a prompt response and she helped resolve my issue quickly. I want to point out that the issue was not their fault, it was Fed-Ex but she still offered to offer help. Great customer service!!!!!

started off good, but now no live representative to talk to. Straight to voicemail with no one calling back. Would not recommend if your looking for a pharmacy for your clinic. We have had to refund several medications and lose business due to long shipping times when they guaranteed something different.

Updated my review to 4 stars because I was contacted immediately after. They seem to be having issues with their phone system.I am giving 2 stars, only because until now, they have been fast and efficient. Now, I have been waiting over a week to pay for my prescription to have it shipped. I have been calling non-stop, only to get an automated message that hangs up on me. I have emailed them once a day for the last 4 days, only to receive an email telling me to call them. ?I have been without my medication for almost 2 weeks now, with nowhere else to have it sent, since nobody will call me back. It's infuriating.

Originally called over two days and kept getting hung up on by the voice assistant. Would hear a message about how busy they are and to send an email. Then it would beep and hang up. Sent an email to orders address and didn’t get a response. Went to their website and the SSL certificate was bad, they are also missing their website on Google maps entry. My original rating was one star for this. I was called by Melissa and she explained they were in the process of setting up a new phone system and that’s why the issues were occurring. She ended up resolving the issue i was calling about and I’ll take her word they are fixing their systems. I mentioned during migrations to new systems they need someone on their project team validating from the customer side every day. Realistically metric monitoring would do that easily. I doubt the migration is her department, so can’t blame her. Anyway, she quickly fixed my issue and for that I am giving them 4 stars.

Hallendale is such a great pharmacy. I have had nothing but positive interactions with their facility. Ashanti J was my customer service rep and she was probably one of the kindest customer service agents I’ve ever worked with. Not only was she kind, but she was patient with all my questions, very helpful and informative, and spoke very clearly.It was so nice being able to call and actually get a person and even better that she was so great at what she does.-Reagen R

Been with Hallandale for years. Always prompt service at a great price. Only every had one issue with billing and their manager Brett reached out and quickly got it resolved. Looking forward to remaining a customer for years to come. Can't recommend these guys enough.
