“Lou and Habib are so knowledgeable about everything they sell, been going here for 20 years , if you're looking for something that the big box stores don't have or better yet there help isn't knowledgeable enough to understand what your repairing, these guys will have it in stock and walk you through the repair. Every time I go here I never leave without the parts and tools to complete the repair. They sell everything you'll need to fix a number of things. You will not find a more honest business with people who do this every day and know there products. There the best in the hardware store and I'll keep going as long as there opened . “When we built our home in Florida twelve years ago my husband decided to forego a door on the Master Bath. Fast forward ten years...Me: I want a door on the bathroom! We knew we wanted a slider of some sort but couldn't find exactly what we wanted. Looked for two years until searching the Internet I found BARTELS DOORS, 1901 TIGERTAIL BLVD., DANIA BEACH, FL 33004. Being I was in Del Ray Beach that day I hopped into the car and off I went to Bartels Doors. From the first time I walked into the store until this past Tuesday we have been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Finding immediately what I wanted on the trip my husband and I drove back a few weeks later and picked out our door from the huge variety they have. Being as the door is made in Germany we were told it would be approximately four months to make and get here. What's another four months so okay let's do this. On Tuesday, April 22, our door was delivered and installed. The staff from Bartels had called giving us updates on the door and then called for a delivery time and setup. Being as we live three hours away they were still able to deliver (for a very small fee) and install on a timely basis (30 minutes earlier than told). The staff at Bartels Doors are outstanding, fabulous and so courteous and we will be doing business with them again. The door??? Beyond our wildest dream and it's BEAUTIFUL installed.”

My order arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and when I inquired via email, customer service was prompt and courteous to respond. I had to return one of the products simply because I ordered the wrong one. Paid $40 at UPS to ship it back and the refund was paid back on my credit card from DK without issue. Great experience.”
