“What an amazing experience. Tiffany was awesome. She was cool, kind, efficient and super helpful. I brought in a lamp which needed to be somehow secured because I had lost 2 of the parts. She figured it out in a creative way and only charged me for the small parts it required. “We originally stopped by to pick up a few essentials for a home project, specifically some sandpaper and a hammer. While browsing the aisles, we ended up finding a wrench set at a great price, so we decided to grab that too. They have an impressive selection of tools, hardware, and project supplies, making it easy to find everything we needed in one trip.
The store was well organized, the staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions, and there were plenty of great deals throughout the store. We left with more than we planned to buy, but the prices made it well worth it. If you're looking for quality tools, a wide variety of products, and good value, this is definitely a hardware store worth visiting.”
“I want to give a massive thanks to Tara the manager for helping me with a mishap with a coupon I had. I came in to buy my husband is late father's day gift, a racing predator small engine and I wanted to enjoy the 15% off 4th of July special. I also had a $5off which was about to expire. Hubby gave the cashier both coupons but didn't realize the $5off cancelled the 15% off. Albeit, 15% off of a $350 product was more than $5 off, so I asked the manager to help me. At first i thought she wasn't going to help but I misunderstood her and had walked out the store in defeat. Tara rushed out and called us back in. She was able to revert the sale and credit us the difference. It aleviated us so much, I thank God that we aren't short on money, but we aren't rich either and $50 in this economy is a lot. Christopher, the cashier who attended us, was the one that got us in the Inside Track club Membership which has saved us a lot of money. Tara was extremely kind and helpful, she and her team always make us feel good coming to this location.”

“This review is four years overdue. I’m a customer who visits the store occasionally to purchase a cleaner only sold in this location. Since I live rather far I make sure to call ahead before making the trip to inquire if they have the product in stock and every single time I’ve called the cashiers who have helped me place me on a brief hold to go check the isle then confirm is available and I’ve always thank them for taking the time to help before I end the call. This afternoon I went about the same routine but forgot to ask for the amount they had at the store. I apologized for having her make a second trip but she made me feel at ease and did it gladly. I then asked for her name as I wanted to make sure the company is aware of such valuable employee who prioritizes customer service, something hard to find nowadays.
