“This review is four years overdue. I’m a customer who visits the store occasionally to purchase a cleaner only sold in this location. Since I live rather far I make sure to call ahead before making the trip to inquire if they have the product in stock and every single time I’ve called the cashiers who have helped me place me on a brief hold to go check the isle then confirm is available and I’ve always thank them for taking the time to help before I end the call. This afternoon I went about the same routine but forgot to ask for the amount they had at the store. I apologized for having her make a second trip but she made me feel at ease and did it gladly. I then asked for her name as I wanted to make sure the company is aware of such valuable employee who prioritizes customer service, something hard to find nowadays. I am grateful for her willingness to help and kindness. Thank you so much Pilar! You are truly an inspiration and a breath of fresh air.”
