“Go to place for parts. Come for one reason and end up leaving with more. There is always something else needed for the boat. Lots of affordable items. Great for sailboat parts, specially rigging. Lines are much cheaper than other franchise vendors and the gentleman working the lines ( ropes ) section Elkins was very helpful and friendly. Became a customer now and will come back here first before I go somewhere else.”

“This review is four years overdue. I’m a customer who visits the store occasionally to purchase a cleaner only sold in this location. Since I live rather far I make sure to call ahead before making the trip to inquire if they have the product in stock and every single time I’ve called the cashiers who have helped me place me on a brief hold to go check the isle then confirm is available and I’ve always thank them for taking the time to help before I end the call. This afternoon I went about the same routine but forgot to ask for the amount they had at the store. I apologized for having her make a second trip but she made me feel at ease and did it gladly. I then asked for her name as I wanted to make sure the company is aware of such valuable employee who prioritizes customer service, something hard to find nowadays. I was looking for 2 gauge red terminal cable I needed about 65 feet so I gave them a call and was blown away with thr customer service not only did they have it in stock they even offered to crimp the ends if i needed no deposit needed I said I was coming down and when I got there the spool was ready and waiting already cut to the length I asked for and so much cheaper than napa and other places I called.

“I want to give a massive thanks to Tara the manager for helping me with a mishap with a coupon I had. I came in to buy my husband is late father's day gift, a racing predator small engine and I wanted to enjoy the 15% off 4th of July special. I also had a $5off which was about to expire. Hubby gave the cashier both coupons but didn't realize the $5off cancelled the 15% off. Albeit, 15% off of a $350 product was more than $5 off, so I asked the manager to help me. At first i thought she wasn't going to help but I misunderstood her and had walked out the store in defeat. Tara rushed out and called us back in. She was able to revert the sale and credit us the difference. It aleviated us so much, I thank God that we aren't short on money, but we aren't rich either and $50 in this economy is a lot. Christopher, the cashier who attended us, was the one that got us in the Inside Track club Membership which has saved us a lot of money. Tara was extremely kind and helpful, she and her team always make us feel good coming to this location.”
