“Ask for pump for lotion at register! In the store, I asked why the pumps are separate from the lotion bottles & was told I’d be given one after purchase. However, once I was home (45 min drive) the woman had not provided the pump. This was a gift and I didn’t want the recipient to not have a pump with the lotion. I called to request they mail one to me, four different employees said no, they could not do that. FINALLY, a very kind, professional, employee named Angie said she would mail one to me, no problem. Angie not only mailed one, but three pumps. I appreciated her willingness to accomodate my request, saving me time, gas, and great inconvenience of going back to the store. Thank you, Angie, for making a long time customer feel relieved and valued. Angie went above and beyond at a very hectic time, just ten days before Christmas.”
