“I do not use dry cleaners often, but I can always appreciate when service is done correctly and on time. The few dry cleaners I have used in South Florida so far have not really been as good as expected as I have often seen stains still in my items.Needed a tuxedo done next-day and after calling three stores I just asked one of them to mention a place that does offer next day, and they mentioned Lorraine. The place is not the cleanest, but they are very effective. Taylor on site for the most part. They told me it would be ready by 5PM next day and it was already there by 2:30pm.Pickup was quick and the piece was perfect. If I ever need stuff done in a pinch, this will be the one I use.”

“Really not kept up. I literally brought my own garbage bag to pick up trash while I dried clothes, but I really think using the app is an improvement to handfuls of quarters.”

The ladies are friendly. As the years transpired, I appreciate they have upgraded their establishment to cards and offering $5.00 per $50.00 you upload on your card. Overall, it’s ran well.”
