“Nice clean facility with friendly staff. The only thing I don't like is that you have to get $10 on your card. So if your balance is a certain amount, you only need two more dollars to zero it out, then you're forced to get 10 more dollars. Always leaving you a balance on your card that you're just going to lose if you don't come back.”

“Great experience. Had a bad stain on my favorite blouse was told by another cleaner they could not get it out. Took it to Lorraine and they got it out and it looks brand new. Only Lorraine for me from now on. Plus staff very knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Really not kept up. I literally brought my own garbage bag to pick up trash while I dried clothes, but I really think using the app is an improvement to handfuls of quarters.”
