I didn’t have an issue with the service itself, the technician was out to me in less than 30 minutes, very polite, got the door open fine. But man did my jaw drop when he slapped a $400 price tag on less than 5 minutes of work (he jimmy’d my door open with a bladder and hook, my keys were inside). Sure it’s Sunday but $400 was ridiculous and the fact that it never came up until after the work was done when it was time to pay I found a bit dishonest.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Itay, the owner, is professional, efficient and friendly. He listen to our needs, assessed our property, and provided efficient and cost-effective recommendations for a secure home. The lax he installed were beautifully done. He even cleaned our doors! We highly recommend this company, and we are super picky.

This locksmith is a good person. I had a problem with my smart lock and the battery was drained. I was locked out on a Sunday and didn’t know what to do. I contacted this company and Itay gave me FREE advice. He told me exactly what I needed to do to get that lock opened. Thank you for your kindness he could’ve easily charged me for a call but didn’t. Honest guy. Integrity. I stored his number in case I ever need it.
