The personal, considerate service I have experienced at Locatel since moving to Hallandale made me leave chain pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens forever. Sam, one of the pharmacists, always goes above and beyond to make us feel like family. I’m grateful to call this my neighborhood pharmacy!

Their costumer service does not even deserve a 1 star. Super complicated and not helpful at all. Only reason why Venezuelan people would go there is because they don’t have another option to purchase their prescriptions.Both ladies can’t even tell you the price of the medicine, they want to charge you first without letting you know the prices after asking several times.HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICEOn the other hand, they literally have everything you need at a pharmacy.. Only good thing.

I usually never write bad reviews, but I had the most horrific experience ever! My two year old daughter had an allergic reaction to one of the products because of an ingredient, and I went to replace it for a similar product without that ingredient. I tried doing that at the counter and the lady asked me to speak with the manager. I did speak with the manager who said she will call the owner Maurice or something like that. Man, talk about a real douche, the guy was insulting me that my wife bought the wrong product and now he cannot sell it and make profit out of it. He does not want to replace it because the foil is missing and his policy clearly states that cannot be refunded. I told him I want an exchange as a customer because the first product gave my daughter an allergic reaction. He yelled at me that I am trying to abuse the system and embarrassed me in front of everybody there! I felt awful because I requested an exchange of a product for ten bucks! I told him this would never happen at Walgreens, CVS, or Publix regardless if the foil is missing or not. He told me to go there and never come back to Locatel - Hallandale. Well guess what, I am posting this experience in my Condo Association board in Three Islands for all residents of Three Islands to read and stop doing business at this store. I have shared this with the PR department in Hallandale city. I have contacted Pediatric Associates to share my experience with them to avoid referring customers to that store, because one of the Doctors suggested to my wife to check out the store for the product for my daughter. Finally I am going to file a formal complaint with the BBB. I don’t think this is the right way to treat a customer for any reason.

Just spent the last year with problems with internet issues after I upgraded to 1 gigabyte of service. Since I had upgraded my service I didn't think that what was causing problems with my irrigation controller, wifi cameras, and or using the internet (spent countless hours on the phone with various tech support from these devices to figure out what was going on, but since our internet worked no thirdparty technicians could tell what was wrong with our various WIFI devices). I contacted Local tel when we discovered that our speeds were not showing the speeds we were paying for and they did get a service tech out and confirmed that all of the hardware was working properly, and by magic... we are nowing recieving the gigabyte of service we have paid for for over a year. When we asked if we could be given a partial credit for the fact that we have had paid for a gig and only recieving a 100 mbits we were told we should have known that was what was causing the problem. On top of this the lady I spoke to was rude and hung up the phone on me. Now I am going to have to spend the time to look for another internet provider.

Overpriced. We found the same items elsewhere for $50 to 65 less, showed the manager and she did not care. Worse was the fact it was the floor sample that was not new! We will not go back for other items we may need

Although they have a large selection of merchandise, and the merchandise is a bit overpriced. If budget is not a problem and you do not mind paying then the store is fine

In times of deciding where to go for a pharmacy it’s very complicated to find the store that can accomplish the expected customer service.We need the right person in charge to delivered and supply our needs, and accurate information regarding our Prescription Rx. My appreciation to Gaby the Locatel pharmacist for the daily care that provide to clients and to surpass the customer service expected when we are in times of stress and overwhelming moments to find a quick remedy solutions.I do invite everyone to stop over to talk to Gaby and her team , technicians to transfer all your Rx from other pharmacies where you had unhappy experience to Locatel pharmacy you will never regret it, thanks Gaby for your great care and service and for everything.Thank you for everything .

When my insurance plan sent me a letter saying they were dropping Walgreen's for my prescriptions, it was a blessing in disguise. I started using Locatel pharmacy simply because it was close to where I lived and I always liked shopping there. I was a little apprehensive at first because I didn't really know if I would be able to get what I needed from them. Little did I know that I would develop a real relationship with my pharmacist, Sam, where I can ask questions and get educated about the medications I am taking and giving to my 3 year old daughter. I never have to wait and they always have what I need. Everyone at the pharmacy (and optical center, too!) is kind and caring. In fact, they have been able to get medications for me that are in short supply. I only wish I hadn't wasted years of frustration in the long lines at other pharmacies to be treated like the 800th person they saw that day! Thank you, Locatel!!

Sam aminov is best pharmacist ever. He went above and beyond the call of duty to get me into my doctor when they were full. I am not transferring from CVS to Locatel. That's where I'm going to take my business from now on!

Me and my husband have been going here for years now and we both have ordered multiple prescription glasses, both regular glasses and sunglasses. They have the best selection of Oakley sunglasses. This is a small family business and you can count on getting the best personalized service. We love them!!!!!

Im very impressed and gratefully to Locatel pharmacies to have a value person there taking care unconditionally of clients needs and questions, my story with the pharmacist Sammy (Sam) was a life saver because of his amazing opening of confidence push me to go to the Emergency Room without any doubt to look for a Dr to evaluate my arm that was in dangerous and critical point that after being in the Emergency room the Dr immediately put me in treatment with Intravenously antibiotics for hours and special vaccines to attack a very bad infection.That is the reason that I’m doing this review to appreciate Sammy initiative and definitely Locatel will be the pharmacist to go to do all my business there Sammy I’ll give you big thumbs for your service hope to see you soon to give you a big hug and the pleasure to said thank you in person to you and to Locatel store management.Thank You Sam,Gisela Rosas

I can only speak to experience with their customer service and online ordering system, and it was bad. I tried to purchase an item listed on their website and could never get through to the online order department or get a response after emailing them about the item. I gather this company does OK with the store locations, and that they tend to cater to Spanish speaking customers. Operators who answered my initial calls seemed to incapable of communicating in English, and had to route me to someone who could. I emailed, left a voicemail message and tried several times to connect to the online order dept by phone. My calls were misdirected, cut off or went unanswered time after time. That's incompetence and disrespect. So I recommend not dealing with them unless you go in person and have a good experience in a store location.

Each time I've been to this store I have felt quite welcomed.The cashiers are friendly.And to the crazy lady lying about other grocers removing her products from basket for her, well stop lying and harassing cashiers through review.You're a cardiologist?But you're too lazy to remove your products from the basket?If you're that lazy, I'd be concerned about how lazy you might be with the condition of a patient's heart.

I had the absolute misfortune of coming into the Locatel in Hallandale Beach on Friday, April 21, 2023 at 7:35pm and having a cashier named Freilis, do my check out. First, I had to wait at the checkout counter while she was away from the register texting on her cell phone. I waited a while, and then I finally asked her if she was working. When I put my basket, that contained all of three items on the counter, she rudely asked me to take the vitamins out of the basket. I asked her why she couldn't take the vitamins out of the basket. She was incredibly prompt to reply, "When you go to the grocery store don't you have to take the groceries out of the basket." It was obvious that other people had asked her the same question since her answer was quick and appeared well rehearsed. I told her, "No, when I go to Trader Joe's or Publix the cashier takes them out of the basket." She gave me a dirty look. After she processed my payment she threw the receipt on the counter. Then she proceeded to step to the side and started texting on her cell phone again. It was obvious that I had interrupted her while she was conducting her personal business on her cell phone. I have to tell you that when you have such rude cashiers like Freilis, you were going to lose clients. I am a cardiologist and I have never treated my patients or anyone with such disrespect. Your management team needs to train this person on customer service.
