I’m so glad I came to this store!! Luis the manager and Christian are awesome! I am coming from the Federal location where the staff was not only rude, and unhelpful— refusing to service customers (I had gone in for a simple phone transfer then sent me to the Sheridan location.) I’m glad I chose this location instead. It’s a shame because the federal location is the closest to me and having no car I have found this to be a major inconvenience. I’ve also have had metro customers visit my job (which is nearby) come by asking for the nearest metro location and when I refer them to federal the customer has complained about the doors being shut during operable hours and staff refusing service.

I love going to this store. It is amazing to see how the retail associates are so kind and respectful. Luis is wonderful and very helpful, Christian and so funny and Liz is so sweet. I feel at home the minute I walk into the door.

Bad service, today I went to buy a SIM, because the one on my son's line was damaged, they didn't sell it to me because I didn't buy the line in that store. and if I bought it they didn't give me any guarantee.
This store does not provide a solution.

I had the pleasure to meet the Manager Luis at Metro in Hallandale. I came in for an upgrade however the system crash and there were other issues, he was very professional, pleasent and had a lot of patience. I left there very satisfied!!!

The MANAGER LUIS & CRIS!!! ARE ON ANOTHER LEVEL. I HAD A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE AT THE STORE TODAY. They were extremely helpful and I walked out the door with joy and a new phone! THANK YOU LUIS & Cris for your amazing service!
