Had a very bad experience at this location a couple of days ago. To begin with the store says both online and on the door that you guys open at 9am I was waiting and waiting and the whole time a car was parked beside me the whole hour I was waiting. A car pulled up at 9:51am to open the store and it turns out that the person parked next to me was THE WORKER. He sat in his car for a full hour while the store was locked and so when I finally do get inside the store at around 9:58am they tell me that I have to wait an additional 30 minutes because they don’t have internet to process my payment, I advised him that he witnessed me sitting next to him for a hour, I already waited I might as well wait the additional time for the internet to kick back up, he then tells me to go to another metropcs location when I once again declined he just had a very nasty attitude. The whole entire time he was giving me attitude and being disgusting I was on the phone with customer service. Long story short they heard how nasty his customer service was that they comped a portion of my bill and they upgraded my account free of charge. IF YOU GUYS ARE OPENING THE STORE WHEN EVER YOUR EMPLOYEE DECIDES TO ROLL OUT IF BED THAN PLEASE REMOVE THE HOURS OF OPERATION STICKER FROM YOUR DOOR.

I didn't get that lucky , Micheal the sale man name sold me a T-Mobile phone terrible problem from day one , Micheal down load my info from my order phone and then tell him thank you I paid go home. Try to use my phone and it's not working no Internet no contacts not any of my games or pictures...I go back the next day and talk to Micheal my phone not working properly and missing a lot of my info on my phone Micheal download the rest of what was missing. Thank him again. I go home no Internet go back see Micheal set the internet.I loose my internet on and off and most of the time I got to put it on speaker because if not the person who on the phone with loosing me when realize my phone goes to other windows I got to go back 3to4 times before I see the name of the contact I call and hurry up to put on speaker or they hang up because they think I'm not there, how frustrating on the third 3 days I ask can I change that phone Micheal said no. Sense I have that phone going back and forth with this phone.Story be continued because getting worse with the service with Micheal and Rebecca

I am in shock with how amazing this Metro location is. I literally went from one store to another looking for assistance in getting a new line. Thank goodness the service was bad at the other Metro otherwise I might have never made it here.I was so impressed with Michael's wealth of knowledge and determination. My account needed some figuring out and where most stores would have had me go it alone, Michael put his know how to action and straightened everything out. I'm sending my family here for all their cell and service needs.God bless you guys! ?

I walked into the store with very clear intentions of leaving with new phone and cell service. Jose was professional and friendly, and very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. I'm very happy with the service I received, and Jose was awesome.

After leaving one Metro PC, without any service from the sales person, I went to another one further down on Halledale, success. The salesman named Michael was attentive, polite and friendly. He was able to get everything set on my phone . Highly recommend this location 928 Hallendale Bch. Blvd.

I am absolutely ? happy. I could not wait to get rid of Xfinity. I checked several months ago to see if there was anyone who could replace Xfinity. Finally, Metro By T-Mobile. The service at the store was excellent. The guy set everything up. I went home plugged the box in the outlet in the window which was recommended and now -It's done!!! The cost $50, on autopay $65 without which is still a bargin! I switch my telephone service two months ago from Xfinity too. I got a free tablet with sign up after the first month.

i have phone t mobile never buy one plz when my phone stop charging i went there to get help ? don't get any help only offer to spend more money and I'm costumer for many years no upgrades for me.so sed so sed.going prbly change a company

Wanted to suprise my 13year old nephew with his first phone and by adding him to my plan as the 4th FREE Line! Came in and was helped by an AMAZING associate by the name of Valerie. If perfect customer service was a person it would be her! She was so patient, explanatory and kind! We talked about our pets and she even installed the screen protector for me. Everything was so perfect I highly recommend her for a raise and promotion. She is a TRUE ASSET to this company!!!!!!

This is the worst metro you will find I had a very bad experience at this place. I went there to buy a new line with new phone, because I have been metro's customer for about 7 years and they employ that was helping me there with name Ricardo trait me as I was a delinquent, because he said that he can't sell me a phone with a new line because that damage the store reputation. That is the most stupid excuse that I've ever heard and his manager that never came to talk to me. I do not recommend this store you are not going to have a good customer service.

You can't call and ask for a manager cuz it's not one there you can call and ask for help because they won't you can't call back because they hang up on you so I decided just to go to T-Mobile just because of the bad service there
