“Psyched to see shelves and sections of some of my favorite vegan brands. From Impossible burger patties to Amy's vegan mac & cheese. Prices are competitive and some items such as the Impossibie nuggets (which are delicious, btw) are not available at Publix nor Wholefoods. I hope they continue to increase space for vegan goodies. I'll certainly be visiting more often now.”

“Caroline is so kind and accommodating. This is my second time getting my haircut and color done here by Farrah. She is amazing and did a wonderful job! This last time I went on a Saturday and Christina gave me an amazing head massage that I will definitely get extended next time :) I highly recommend Pyure salon for anybody who wants a great, relaxing, all encompassing, full on salon experience They welcome you with drinks, soak your feet in a water bath, massage of your hands..., You're so relaxed when you leave here, it's absolutely wonderful! Five stars!”

“We used to shop at this location all the time before another Publix opened closer to us. Great location, but parking can be difficult to find depending on the day and time. Carts are sometimes also running low which is weird so you have to wait for people to be done and almost chase them before someone else does to get their cart afterwards. Clean store and always has great deals.”

“I shopped at the Publix on Sheridan Street and Pine Island the other day. I have always found Publix employees to be extremely helpful, but a gentleman named George went out of his way to make me feel better. I had tears in my eyes as I do often, because I lost my husband and had to move back from the mountains of NC to Florida to be with family. I was noticeably looking for my car. He stopped me and asked me what it looked like. He jogged around the lot looking while he told me to wait.said......he looked for it and we found it. He then re wrapped my soup as he thought it might spill and had such great words of encouragement for me. I really needed George that day. He vehemently refused a tip, He is retired from another job, but hope he stays at Publix for a long time to come. He is the epitome of Publix service and beyond. “I will take a picture of Talisha the next time I'm at The North Shore Publix Deli. But, I just want to say that I only write reviews for people who deserve my time. Talisha deserves my time. She always greets me (and other customers) with a smile and "how are you today?" She always repeats the order back to make sure she heard and understood to get it accurate. She is generous with portions, and a roll on the side. Talisha also smiles and says, "thank you, and have a nice day/afternoon." It's Talisha who takes the initiative; steps up, when no one else will, to pleasantly take a waiting customers order, even when she's working at a different station in The Deli. I truly value, appreciate and acknowledge people like Talisha because she has an intrinsic value for wanting to do an excellent job and provide exemplary customer service, all with a genuine smile. If Talisha worked for me, I would gladly help her along in her career since her workplace behaviors clearly reflect the core Corporate Values and work ethic that represents the Publix brand as a true "Ambassador" of customer service! Thank you again for all you do Talisha. The best grocery store within 10 miles! Starbucks inside. Amazing bakery and deli. Always fresh fruits and vegetables. Spacious and well-stocked isles. You can always find exactly what you're looking for at this store. There are so many brands of any item (i.e. olive oil) and a vast of choices. The staff members are helpful. The cashiers, with the exception of one, always greet you with a warm genuine smile and are cordial and polite. There is always plenty of parking and you can get in and out very quickly. The hours are the best! I like the liquor store and pharmacy as well. Everything is so convenient. My only criticism is, anyone working in a direct customer contact position needs to speak English. A man in Seafood got frustrated with because he could not understand what I was saying, even using my hands to make it simple. He acted as though I should speak Spanish because he does/did. This is unacceptable for a Publix employee. But, after a while, he managed to get my order right, but not after spending way too much of my time. He also lacked a genuine need to want to provide service.”
