We received excellent and timely customer service from Walter Salas throughout the process of purchasing and installing our new wood floors. Walter was attentive to our needs and very responsive. The installers were respectful of our home, did a great, thorough job of installing the floors and left our home very clean at the end of the project. We will definitely use Not Just Carpet for any flooring needs we may have in the future, and we would highly recommend them.

Coming to not just carpet, under the recommendation of a friend, was the best experience, I had a conversation with Cristian, explaining what I wanted, he came to my house, he gave me his recommendations, I let myself be guided and the result was superior to what was expected, time and quality together, I am super grateful and happy in my new home.

Clearly this place doesn’t follow their own business hours. I arrived around 5pm and they were already closed. Google said that it closes at 5:30pm. The business hours on the window has 5:30pm as well. They are closed on the weekends. So, when should people look at flooring when they also work Monday through Friday. I drove in bad Hallandale traffic to waste my time with this place.

I bought vinyl flooring for my house and, not only could I pick an affordable new arrival but, most important was the support when two months after and into the remodeling the handyman run out of material with still a bedroom to go, they supplied me with more material with no hussle (instead of typical discontinued material without support.) Excellent integral service, will definitely recommend!
