I’ve been a tenant for over 5 years and it gets better and better each year. The attention to detail and the professionalism that Nancy and Jenny provide is amazing. Along with Guy and Cesar they are the best. I highly recommend renting from them.

Spoke to someone for a space and expressed to them was looking to get in the storage same day, so she took a $109 payment and said #21 is ready for me.
I drive over 30 min there in a U-haul for #21 and it’s taken. So I call back and was told to check #20 next to me if it’s empty to use it….How unprofessional and inconsiderate so I open #20 and it’s filled with someone else’s belongings! The last in my account spent and now have to wait until Monday for the office to call me back to process a refund.
She basically processed the payment without making sure the space was available or even empty!

I would like to know if there is already a response for the change of premises 439, which has problems with the installation of electricity (a situation that was not reported at the time of signing the contract)

The staff at this property is dishonest and doesn't provide all the information you need to know. Complained to the Manager and it went nowhere. I was told the only available unit would be available for me the next day and when I called to advise I was on my way I was advised "sorry to inform you we rented the unit" with the attitude of tuff luck, sorry and very dismissive. Maybe it's a good thing. They don't have security surveillance and it's open 24hrs to anybody who comes on the property. That's not good.

I wouldn't personal have my things stored on this property! The drive ways are very bumpy.No security; if they have you sure don't see any driving around on premises. Any and everyone can come on and off because there's no gate in the back near other storage facility. No gate no code no nothing! But there is a code to use restrooms?! Just crazy how unleveled the foundation on this property is. And rent isn't cheap
