The worst pharmacy ever...its funny reading the reviews to see how some people says they are great 😆, ok, good luck..and others, like me that they are horrible. The customer services is horrendous, you call and after the "robot machine"..says that someone will be with you shortly...or something like that...after waiting and keeping hearing the same rethorical message you hear a beep...just like that...last week i left a vm because the "robot" said...leave a message for our 24 hours representative...that was a lie and a joke...tried to send different notifications to them....and never received a call back...why someone would like having that kind of "ghost" pharmacy that does not have a physical location in Miami...only in Hallandale Beach as far as i know...they never send you a text regarding the medications...and of course be aware if you change to another pharmacy , because they will hold your medication ...yes of course !!...to bill the health insurance company...I do not recommend them at all !...You need a reliable pharmacy on wich you can trust...especially if you have an elderly who depends on receiving the medications on time or at least one pharmacist that you can talk to without it being a nightmare to try to communicate with him / them !!

Was told my son medication was coming it's been days of contacting this pharmacy my son is 1 years old and need medication so he can breath he's been very sick and these people verbally told me and guaranteed me his medicine was set to be delivered it never came my son is currently wheezing coughing I possibly might have to take him to the hospital because of the negligence of this pharmacy ability to deliver correct ETA of deliveries keeping their promises especially to patients who could have possibly life threatening emergencies without the delivery of certain medications first and last time using this pharmacy

This pharmacy is top notch. If you have your scrips with CVS or Walgreens you might want to change up. This pharmacy offers free delivery (and the drivers are actually friendly) and they also take care of the ordering of my scripts. If there is an issue or something insurance won't cover you get a phone call from a kind rep letting you know what options you have. If you are in the neighborhood and want to pick up the script you walk into a clean and welcoming environment. The staff are very kind and quick. The thing that keeps me coming back is the CUSTOMER SERVICE you do not feel like a number or an ATM. Do yourself a favor and switch to PHARMCO.RX.

Took 7 days for PharmCo Rx to deliver my mom's medication after she was discharged from the hospital. This happens with her all new prescriptions, every time. They take days to process and deliver!! Very unsafe for the patient. I educated my mom to never send a new prescription to PharmCo Rx. They're highly unreliable
