Hi my name is Valentina . I’m a usual costumer here , I came here on November 7 , 24 around 12:40 . I was looking around to buy Christmas lights decorations etc . I was walking around I had a item on my hand that I was going to buy while I was on the phone with a friend . Guy Joseph came to me he said he was the manager told me that if there’s anything else I wanted from the store (mind you I was still looking around) I asked him yes why? He said because I was on the phone and he didn’t want everyone to hear me …. I asked him if being on the phone wasn’t aloud and he told me that no because I was being too loud. Which I really wasn’t I was just speaking with a friend about what I was buying. I felt disrespectful, I felt like he was kicking me out of the store . I feel very disappointed because I’m a usual costumer here and I love this store . I’m super sad because I just told him I was gonna leave and he laughed saying “have a good day mam” . I never do these kind of comments . But I really felt the need to say something because this has never happened to me before and I’m so sad you guys have this type of management here . Thank you .

They have everything and everything & super affordable , certain things are worth the price . They have from arts and crafts to beauty supplies to baby stuff , basically a little of everything.

The place is so nice and clean. The employees are wonderful. It’s just that it’s too expensive for certain items like why would a plain thin scarf be $16?

Terrible customer service. I arrived at 6:30, and the manager, Joseph, seemed in a rush to get me out. I hadn’t even finished scanning my items, and he was already pressing the pay button for me. I drove all the way from Miami because the Hallandale location is the closest one to me, but it was a truly awful experience.

The place is nice and I love shopping at this store. Unfortunately, I had a few bad experiences with a manager named Joseph. He’s very rude and abrasive. This man has no customer service skills and blatantly seems miserable if you need his assistance. Once I heard him cursing up a storm while putting products on the shelves and it was uncomfortable as the whole store could hear him. As long as you stay clear of this man you can have a pleasant shopping experience. The other staff is very nice and always willing to help and assist. But I actually dread when this manager is in the store.
