First time coming to quest diagnostics. Waiting was good. Waiting only 30mins with out appointments. That was good . But one of the staff that attend me inside the room . Was really rude and give me a attitude. Never going back to that places ever again . Customer service should be improved with clients.

This Aventura location DON'T deserve ANY STAR!Don't want to know how many patients mornings are being ruined by them!Not offer right advice for a busy day waiting time! Just say: I DON'T KNOW! She should NOT work there!I miss my appointment but decide to walk in today at 7 am, until 10 am, still not calling me! No consideration with better attitude instead calling inside nurse staff came to tell me they won't serve me today!Just because I did complain something is wrong?!All the walk-in for 1 & 1/2 hour no service, only those people got appointment being call very soon, if they accept walk-in, they need to somehow taking care of the walk-in!The front staff tells me they won't call walk-in until all the appointments on the board served! How could it possible?! Any minute people walk in with appointment!This location really needs BETTER STAFFS!! NO STAR FOR THEM!!

If was the zero stars that what I would mark. This is my arm after 8 days from taking my blood three different places trying both hands!This is my second time in quest. When they butchered my hand, I never in my life have any problem because I have such a good veins , the lady last year moved the needle inside my vein!!!! It hurt so much I saw the starts!!! I couldn’t move my arm for three hours. I couldn’t even drive , I want to cry! The lady was running upside down doing so many things the same time. Obviously, she was stressed when she took my blood.Last week I have similar experience I want to cry still today I have stabbing during the day in my arm ! Never in my life experience something like this . I’m very, very disappointed obviously people, learning and rubber arms in school instead the real Veins! I don't write normally the reviews but 8 days past I still don’t have the results and I still feel stabbing in my arm few times a day , I don’t normally write the reviews but really! What is happening?

Soon as I walked in, already an attitude from staff. I walked in 7 minutes prior to them closing. I didn't even realize the time. I understand you are going to close. But it was wrong for the attitude. Also the staff who walked to the front also rude. Giving these facial expressions like f no we not going to take you in. This place is not professional. Don't waste your time.

Do not send your kids to draw blood on this place. They drew 1 big tube of my 2.5 year old and threw it out because they couldn’t fill the second tube! Just absurd!!! They were giving me a bad attitude the whole time, poked my son 2 times and for nothing. Bad bad bad! Seems fine for adults but not optimal for kids at all!

Terrible service. Had my first appointment booked with them but they put put me on standby without explaining why and how long it will take me. Supervisors are rude and unprofessional. Don’t come to this place. Don’t waste your time.

This location is terrible!!!! They do not have the right amount of staff for the amount of people needing services. People who walk in have to wait hours before they’re seen. No one gives you information and people are not very friendly when you ask.Very dissatisfied and disappointed of this location and staff they need to do better at communicating and hiring the right amount of staff and accommodate walk ins.

Waited 2.5 hours for standby appointment. Staff rude, the way they spoke to scheduled patients disrespectful. I was handed paper to schedule appt, printed so poorly could not read #. Next appt in 1w. Not enough chairs in waiting rm. No mechanism to get text for appt. Drive anywhere else for testing.

I'm not a big fan. Impersonal with nobody to talk to - check ok with computer screens. I'm trying to help the elderly people because nobody who works here seems to want to.My Dr office apparently didn't send my paperwork. So now I am having to wait while they take walk-ins and people who have showed up an hour early for their appointments. I am all the way to the back of the line through no fault of my own.Changed up to 3 stars because of the kindness of fantastic young lady in room 2 who ended up coming to rescue me. Grateful for her kindness and efficiency.

I went as a walk in and was out in 20mins. I arrived at 6:25am right before they opened. There were 4 people in line before me but we were all called very quickly after check in. I was out of there by 6:50.

Cindy is the absolute best phlebotomist. She is patient, kind, understanding, compassionate, caring, just unbelievable when it came to my blood work. She made me laugh when I was crying and did it in less than 30 seconds. Thank you Cindy!!!!

I've been coming here for a few years now. Staff is friendly and efficient. I hate needles, shout out to Sydney for for the Vist fast and painless.Walked in at 6:43 was seen at 6:50.

Horrible!All I needed to do is drop off the labs, I already drew them, Margret was rude and inhuman and wouldn’t let me drop off already collected blood, I got there at 3:05, online they close at 3:30, the blood was for a 6 year old with cancer. Just awful staff and costumer service!

Slow/inefficient. The iPad did not allow me to check in. There is nobody to ask for help checking in. I tried three times and after some time it said I was too late for my appointment.
