I love this place Everytime I stop in Mike has some excellent quality new cigar for me to try! He has taken the time to get to know what I like to smoke and always has a good recommendation. I highly recommend the Plasencia cigars!!!!

I went to this shop on 19 December 2019 I bought a box of FAKE Cohiba Behike 56, very very frustrated! It was advertised and looking as genuine but I managed to verify it only returning home overseas.

Last week, I had the need to get a new battery charger for my vape.I could order in amazon and get it at home in 24h, but I choose to support local stores.So I went to this store, and even if it was 50% more expensive than amazon I choose to buy it anyway.I bought and it had no energy at all, after a few hours of charging it I realized that it wasn't working at all.So the day after I went back to the store and told, told the situation to the sales person and he told me that he couldn't test it.Even he understand that it wasn't working, as store policies he could not exchange it or refund it.What kind of store has this policies?What kind of store does not stay behind their own products?What kind of manager does not care at all about their customers?I really hope nobody else has to face this horrible experience.

This place is fantastic! They have great, friendly, knowledgeable staff willing to assist you. Have a wide variety of products and cigars to choose from! Mike helped us out and extremely nice and helpful when selecting cigars. He customer service was above and beyond what we expected! I highly recommend stopping by!

I recently returned to Gulfstream and walked into Royal Cigars and was quite disappointed in what I found . Royal now prominently features Juuls, CBD and Vapes. For a traditionalist, I tend to shun cigar establishments that offer hookahs and tolerate cigarettes so you can imagine shock that a place like Royal Cigars would reshape it's focus. I had considered simply deleting my previous review. I probably would have done just that if Royal Cigars had changed it's name. But, by keeping "Cigars" in their name, I felt the need to address it and rate it as a cigar spot. I understand the economics with the vape, cbd, juul craze and the challenges to stay competitive. If you're at the track and need a grab and go then help yourself. I do not recommend for the cigar aficionado.

I had the best time at this cigar shop and lounge. Great customer service and great selection. They have a wide verity r cigars and other smoke products there. I found some really good products here. If your a smoke enthusiast I recommend coming here! I feel terrible I forgot the name of the lovely women that was there that evening I do know she was Colombian if that helps the store owner with giving credit to the one that made such a great impact on me here at Royal Cigar. I'm terrible with names but I will be back 100%. This time I'll make sure to get the band and remember it.
