“I just went into this Publix in Sunny Isles Beach looking for a bottle of wine I had seen on sale last week. I looked everywhere and couldn't find it. I was about to leave when I thought I'd ask someone. A manager was sent over to help me. His name is Ray. He immediately went over to the shelf and found 3 bottles hidden behind other bottles. They were still on sale!! But I was so impressed with this gentleman who knew the inventory so well that he knew what I was talking about and found it for me. He's great. Promote the man!! Unfortunately, the Lemon Pepper Chicken was all sold out so that was a bit disappointing but I got my wine. Thank you, Ray!”

“Very nice supermarket to make necessary purchases. It is a little more expensive than Walmart, but it has everything you need and more variety of meals made to take away and heat. In addition, it has a pharmacy inside Publix itself, which is accessed through the parking lot.”
“It's good; the prices are always reasonable, and the products are fresh. The only downside is that it doesn't have a good manager—if you have an issue, they won't help you at all.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4 Stars) — Publix Super Market at Pines City Center (#1598)
Publix is usually my go-to when I want a delicious sub. But today the new deli assembly system caused a long delay, and no one acknowledged customers waiting in line. Even the employees said the new process needs improvement.
I’m still a loyal Publix shopper — just hoping management rethinks how the deli line flows. I’ll definitely return, but will avoid peak deli times for now.

“Friendly employees and a well organized store. Not my regular Publix, but, even in a rush, I found condiments and desserts easily, no stress in the aisles! They were closing because of the rain deluge but the store manager was just as courteous and kind with us shopping till the last moment. He gave us local advice, too, what flooded street to avoid. What a sweet guy!”

“Shoutout to the store manager & pickup employee for going above and beyond in customer service this evening. We ordered an Instacart Pickup for the first time & we didn’t know we had to wait for it in a designated parking spot. Our order was missing a few things because the Instacart shopper couldn’t be bothered to wait for our items at the Deli! Needless to say he refunded the items that were ready to be picked up! This team was very helpful and completed our order themselves, which is why I’ll just order from Publix directly if I can! Thank you David & Team! Not sure if that was his name but whoever the managers were at around 8-9 pm! You ALL ROCK!!! Great customer service!!!!”

“This is my local Publix and where I often go for my grocery shopping. This location as far as Service is a hit or miss most employees are nice and friendly and helpful. However, there’s usually issues at the cafeteria. Most of the time there is a long line at the sub area and they have nobody attending the hot foods. Besides that this supermarket is well organized, and well stocked.
I was so pretty much no Internet services in there so if you need your phone to look up an item or do anything in the app, but you’re not gonna be able to.”

“Always a nice experience at Aldi's. Lots of organic foods available. Bring your 0.25C(quarter) for your cart and buy their bags or bring your own. Clean, well stocked, never a bad experience at Aldi's. Almost as good as Publix but..Publix is large, pretty green uniforms, well trained staff..a bit more expensive and LARGER STORES. So, Aldi's is good enough. Welcome Aldi's in South Florida and everywhere.”

I almost went to another publix today, but I'm glad I went to this location instead. Some deli counters have been lacking but not here, as soon as I walked up she asked me if binneeded help, best sub from publix in a long time. Everything was stocked and clean too, great job!”

“I usually shop every day or every other day to get this or that, and the stores are clean and the staff is nice.
Each Wednesday they have $5 sushi specials which I love, but now the special is a veggie roll or fake crab rolls, no more tuna or salmon. Now these are rolls that are usually in the $9-$10 range and may contain 2 bites of meat at the most. Tonight there were approximately 15 items available, all veggie or fake crab.”

Big mistake but I shopped today at my local Aldi's located on 27th avenue and 191st Street The customer service is phenomenal The staff are always friendly If there's not an item on the shelf they will happily search for it for you and most of all the prices are great! I totally love Aldi's”
