I’m really appreciate specialists from this TMobile. Yes, it take a time to reach specialists, but it is just because they try to do best for each guest and client. Each time, when I come, I get full information and all details about current service and benefits I can receive. Luise and Lorena are my favourite specialists :) thanks a lot for your patience!!

Avoid coming to this store for all reasons, the experience will be lousy if you do, the workers do not treat you well and the manager is much worse, she treats you in a very bad way, no sense of belonging, call customer service to do something. Wish I could give Gustavo ( manager ) and Daniel (sales) more than 5 stars each! Went into the store yesterday for help to get internet in my condo! Daniel was great- explained everything and was patient with all my questions!Today- tried hooking up wireless camera in my condo and after hours of frustration I couldn’t get it to work. So I packed up the T-Mobile device as well as the camera & went back- told Gustavo it didn’t work. He spent a lot of time until he showed me the problem- it was the camera! Fantastic service! Thank you!I highly recommend!!!!

I had went in this place to get new phones with a new deal. The manager assured me that I will be taken care of first I spent over four hours to get the new phones synced with my old phones that shouldn’t have taken that long. Then I asked the manager how much is my bill going to be, he assured me it’s $150 because I qualify for third line on us which is in the deal when I got my first bill I was surprised there was no line on us. Everything was a shame just to get me to sign when I complain to T-Mobile support, they said they couldn’t do anything go to the place of sale which was the T-Mobile store I went and the manager Gustavo at first he pretended like he was busy and when I approached him he started pushing back about how he never promised me anything and how he was going to look into it and he called his Suport in Tampa or somewhere in the West Florida region for them to take care of it. I never got a call back never got nothing. The worst experience I have ever had if I could give zero stars I would.

One of the team members, Luis was fantastic and helpful and I'll give him 5 stars. If it weren't for him this review would be terrible and definitely not 4 stars.I completely agree with all the other reviews about long wait times & staff working at a snails place so long lines accumulating.

Only nice when you buy something. When returning - you are the worst enemy. I was trying to get my refund of +$1200 for almost 1 month that this particular store didnt process properly and reject to accept responsibility. Store manager very unpleasant, I knew something was not right as soon as I walked in. Filed a corporate complaint against this store. Only after 5+ calls to the corporate office, someone was able to help me. Lots of russian speaking people are coming to this store and I only hear complains. First day - I spent 2+ hrs at this store, 2nd time - 4+ hrs. They are just not willing to help nor explain anything properly. Very poor management, poor communication, poor service.

Well, what can I say. I write reviews very rarely. But this store deserves it. First of all, their roof is leaking. Secondly, stuff is very slow and RUDE!!!!! Third, if you decide to return your device, they will never accept it. They will scare you with fees or lose your promotions, even if you were a customer for 6+ years. If it wasn't enough, then they would find unrealistic cracks or whatever they can find to agree with all stores, not to accept it even with a fee... Meanwhile, their roof leaking every time it's rain. I don't know what mafia runs this store, but BE CAREFUL. Go to another T-mobile!!! I would have to cell my phone now myself to take it off my account now... Just BE CAREFUL !!!
