Horrible customer service. The tellers all look annoyed at their customers & have rude responses. I was going to open account here , but the unwelcoming attitude here will not get my money. Chase is right across the street that's where my money is going !

If there was a negative rating I'd give it a -50 this place sucks. I've had a large amount of money that I wanted to move into an investment - over 5 times I called no answer...ever. They don't answer the phone. If you go to the branch a system is always "down" so you either end up waiting for an unreasonable amount of time or you just leave. I banked with TD when they were Commerce Bank many years ago and will close my account because they are inept at managing money and their customer service is awful.Take your money to BankUnited or Chase they know customer service and how to handle your money.

Awful... take your money somewhere else... unless of course u like constantly having to wait on a line to use a teller. They have so many people walking around without caring about the line that is forming out the door for a teller! Slow Slow Slow! Wake up TD... customer service Is important.

The service is below 3rd country in this branch. Requested access to my safe deposit box and was told the next available appointment is in one week. They expect a customer to wait one week to access critical documents. Not sure if they understand basic rules of banking. Will close the account and take my business to a bank that has a clue about the needs of their customers.

Not only is this the worst branch I have ever bank that in all a banking but TD bank is the worst bank I have ever bank that and all my banking years. Always understaffed tellers can't count make mistakes all the time I have to wait in the drive-through minimum 20 minutes every time a visit just an absolute unorganized mess with high fees. A real ripoff. I don't know how TD bank stays in business or who would give him their money but I guess there are people that do appear I am closing my account and moving on. Too many chances. Too many screw UPS. I would give them a negative one if I could. If you have Account with TDI would put and move to another bank ASAP

Tellers are not cross trained and stated that they did not know how to use certain machines in order to make me a replacement card. Instead i had to wait 30 minutes for a account specialist to perform this simple task. This may be a small things for others but as a working professional. My time is precious and waisting it unnecessarily is important to me. It would be nice for this branch to work like those branches that have staff properly trained

They make me wait so long. Right now I have been waiting for one lady to get off her phone and the other lady to stop chatting to her friend. This isn't a speak easy bar... people are waiting... take your conversations somewhere else

My latest experience with this branch has left me absolutely hating this bank, and in the search for a new bank to handle my business account. -I ordered a new set of checks from a different branch (the checks were sent to the wrong address) -I came to this branch and asked for those checks to be cancelled and a new set be sent to the correct address. The representative asked me if there was any way I could just go by the address where the checks were sent and retrieve them; I explained how ridiculous that suggestion was since I have no idea of who lives at said address. -I got my new set of checks; my vendors told me the checks were bouncing. -I was informed that during my previous visit the representative that "helped" me had cancelled the new set of check that she had ordered no more than 5 minutes prior, and that the first set of checks that was sent to the wrong address were still active. -When i went back to get reimbursed for the fees I had to tell the new branch manager the whole story (since apparently they don't add any notes on your account when trying to solve these issues). The manager proceeded to refund the money into my account (including a fee TD Bank added for cancelling the set of checks they sent to the wrong address). The weird thing at this moment was him letting me know that they would have to refund me part of it that day and the rest in a couple of days. When I asked why they couldn't just do it all at once he said that "the economics behind it are very complicated and would take too long to explain". A response that I found not only condescending but completely insane; since I'm pretty sure TD Bank has $145 at their disposal at any given time.

The worst. U cannot found the branch even comparable. I wasted 2 hours 20 minutes on the line and left. Only one lady works there. (Manager) I have 10 business accounts in this bank. Nice service. Never ever will get back. Never

Bank will never be one of my favorites till I own one, but till then, I'll be frequent with this location. Fast and friendly service. I was assisted by Luljeta , she was super nice and helpful. I'm moving all my family accounts from wells to this location.
