This is a federal job. How is it acceptable to have employees who either steal packages or are so careless that they lose them ??? If this were a one time issue, I might understand it, but this happened at this location multiple time.
This is a serious problem with accountability at this location, I hope someone finally investigates what is going on here !

I am a regular customer who frequently ships packages and I have experienced repeated problems at this location, including missing packages. I personally dropped off two prepaid packages at this office on Friday.
One of them was scanned and processed. However, the second one is is still marked as AWAITING ITEM.
I am concerned about the reliability and integrity of the handling and scanning procedures at this brunch.

My son's passport arrived at that store on June 16, 2025. We went to look for it on two occasions and we did not succeed and today they say that after checking he does not succeed and they assure that they have already delivered him to my email box, in short the passport never arrive at my house... who answers?

1. Why in the website it shows opening at 8-30 am. And when you there at the door show open at 10 am. Please correct so people not be waiting.
2. The please supposed to open at 10 am but the gentleman open 10-07 and with the face like he don’t care about what you was waiting on 90° heat outside
You people have a very good government job please work good and do what you have to do

I like that they are open saturday (not for passport services), but please have more than one person working. We all know Saturdays are going to be busy at a post office. If you are only going to have one person there, please choose an employee who doesn't seem like they're trying to win a contest for slowest moving person on the planet. I'm talking about you clerk number 33. They also no longer will give you even a small piece of tape. You can buy a strip for a $1.79. Convenient location and good parking.

People we need to treat our Postal workers amazing, my Post service is really sweet with me and does a great job , also today i Went for my passport , it was fast easy and painless , I loved the smile and the beautiful way I was treated. I believe this place has done some major good work , if i hqve ever had trouble they will fix it , I have been getting my deliveries from here since 2005 and now 2024 its Spectacular it deserves a review and a re consideration by those who had one bad moment cnnot turn you sour, we are working together.

Scheduled a passport appointment at 9am. Always good to get there early! Make sure you have your documents that you need for the application, if not they can reprint them for if they need better quality. I was assisted by John, he was attentive and informative. There were two other women helping others as well. Once 9am hit the place was packed, but everyone was smiling and was ready to take on the day. Great service and kind hearted employees.

They do not take in walk in passport appointments as stated on their website. I woke my little one up early to make sure we could get there by 8:30 for the listed passport walk-in hours and was told that they had no one to accept my passport application and all they could do was take a sealed envelope from me. Please update your website info as it is misleading. Mine and the employees time is both valuable but instead was wasted on scrambling to get out of the house early in the morning, wait in the long usps line, just to be told that they are working on fixing the website and they can’t help. :(

Do not waste your time walking in 8:30 to 9 to do your passports. Waited 30 minutes until they opened, only to be told they do not do walk ins, there's no one there to process applications outside of appointment times. Just go to broward courthouse. No appointments needed. In and out

I don’t know why this location has a low customer’s rating, because if I have to speak of experience, I received the best customer service in all post offices I’ve been, what a nice and friendly staff.
