I signed up with Verizon because I was supposed to get with each phone, a free iPad or a free watch. I had three phones and we got three iPads and an I watch there was no contract to sign. Just they had a place to sign your name with no words, my first bill came and my bill was over $900. I went into Verizon to find out why the bill was so high and they told me there's a $35 charge to start up each iPad each phone and the I watch and there was a $10 charge every month for Wifi on each of these items, I said well I'm gonna return the items cause I don't want the $10 charge. They told me they would not accept the items back because I had opened the box. I have never used the iPads. I get a crazy bill every month. I just spoke to someone on the phone today. Her initials were RM. I told her so far I have paid about $900 with those $10 fees for a year and a half. I asked when those $10 charges would be removed and she told me in 2026 that would mean by the time 2026 was over I would've paid four times the amount that Apple charges for an iPad and a watch. I have never been treated so poorly and been taken advantage of. I am sure every single person on the Verizon app is being overcharged when I spoke to this woman with the initials RM I was told that she was going to reverse all the charges and take them off, I was to receive an email very shortly which I never received. How can this company take advantage of us I want to get out of Verizon. I want my money back I want these charges stopped in this day and who can't afford to pay these bills. Anybody has had the samesituation please let me know. Think this could be a great action lawsuit.

I’ve been having issues with my phone between no service and billing issues, but I came in and jose took care of me he went over my billing and helped reset some settings on my phone. Great customer service

Amazing customer service! I bought a phone recently and the camera stopped working. I came in and Jose swapped it out for a new phone. The process was smooth and quick he also made sure all my information was transferred to the new phone. Highly recommend this location to everyone.

My phone was not working so I decided to stop by. Jose took his time troubleshooting it and also informed me about a buyout promotion so I went ahead and took advantage. He got me all setup with a new phone and transferred all my information great service!
