If you have another option do not choose this location! They are always short on staff, no matter if you choose drivethru or you get inside you will wait forever. Only one person available to help, while you see many others walking around and eont hother to help.

Do everything on earth to avoid going to this branch. It is horrible. The tellers are slow and rude. The bankers are also horrible, rationing off deposit slips and being nasty about it. They have no concept of efficiency or time, just more important for their tellers to talk to each other about their dogs. They are insulting to the customers who want to know why they are waiting and they don't respect anyone. This branch is so bad I want to pull all my money out of wells fargo. Not that it would matter because not a single person in this branch cares about anything, let alone a customer, or cares to provide a service.

This is the worst treatment I've gotten in a long time , I felt like I didn't even exist. Like a dog mind you. From the time I entered the place no one greated me,like I was the one in black when everyone was was in red. I already have a problem with rejection so it's hard for me to go into a public place as is then so I'm taking my money and my buissness else where.

The cashier Yulia Kovalchuk is highly incompetent and unprofessional. If your English allows you, talk to her in English, not in Russian, (ask her to speak English, if she starts Russian), because she starts beeing unprofessional. I have Florida address on my Wells Fargo account, and each time I come to the bank she asks me where I moved from recently. Even when she sees that the client is in a hurry and all for example, needs only to deposit money or withdraw, she starts making long dialogues, very unprofessional. Just better be short in English. good luck!

The worst branch I've ever visited. The Manager is very rude and unprofessional, advises to do something that is simply not possible. Didn't resolve the issue and simply asked me to leave without even asking if I have any other questions. This bank simply doesn't work with foreign business clients. Also, longest lines and waist of time! Most of the time, the is no available parking! Very rude!

Switching banks I was a bit skeptical about going to Wells Fargo bank to be completely honest. I was afraid their service wouldn't be as great as the previous bank I had or possibly they wouldn't offer the same services on the app that my previous back did. I was very pleased with the way I was taken care of and how great the were with the opening of my account. They helped me with each step and answered every question I had. They were also upfront about any upcoming fees that my come my way and multiple ways on how to avoid them. This of course was my favorite part because who likes to be charged extra unless it's for guac at a restaurant?? No one! Hahaha In other occasions where I needed a little more assistance they were able to service my needs perfectly and their staff is very nice! Thanks for making my experience a great one!

Hands down the WORST Wells Fargo I have ever been too. I've been a Wells Fargo Member for OVER 20 years now; I had my first account opened when I was in the 3rd Grade, and Im 31 now. I've never had an issue at ANY branch, until today. Clearly, I was singled out because of my background. Everyone in line was WHITE, but not me. When I get to the teller to make my withdrawl, I noticed I had left my ID at the dealership. No biggie. I called the dealership and they rushed right over to bring me my ID. I give the girl my ID, and she tells me "MY SIGNATURES DONT MATCH". Um, excuse me? In 20 years, I've never been harassed about my signature. Not to mention, WHAT SIGNATURE?! Because the only time I signed anything, was when I opend my FIRST UNION ACCOUNT. So, lets totally disregard my GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID - THAT YOU REQUIRE, and refuse to make my withdrawl. Obviously I get furious, and demand to speak to a Manager. The manager shows up, and gives the same answer. What the heck is going on?! Whats the point of showing ID, if youre going to make up some BS that a "signature" doesnt match?! I tell her to call the cops because at this point, theyre basically holding my money hostage. I get on the phone to speak to Wells Fargo and complain, and "all of a sudden" my signature is OK, and I get handed my money. Was there a secret window they forgot to press, or were they just being RUDE AS F*CK cause I had more money than they do working their crappy jobs?! I've never been so disgusted with a place. And if you check the camera's, you can see their STANK FACE they display to me the whole time. I'm thinking about closing my account after today. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

What a great experience I had with Wells Fargo today. I opened a account with ease. Kazi Islam was very nice, courtesy and informative. He even told me how I can fix my credit with a Wells Fargo secret credit I'm going to take advantage of. It was breathtaking to have a great experience after I had a bad experience with amtrust I closed that account! I'm a fully well Fargo customer now!

In this branch the worst senior branch manager ever worst dress and they way she treat her employees. Micromanagement. The other day I was there and she didn't help me with my fraud problem because she want it to leave early. Before 6 she was out the door. Her slave will take care not a team player behind employees back checking what they were doing and talking and distracting them while the customer on front of them asking them where they were at with the client in front. Walking around the branch with the clipboard. Really bad!!! Mrs ATENA MASURI I was very disappointed and later I found many customer don't like her they came to me to tell me that she was awful.

These people are evil just like the movie" The Big Short". They held my escrow check and then charged me twice for check not clearing and untold reasons. I went to Suntrust bank and confirmed Wells Fargo was holding my funds while repeatedly telling me they weren't. All to charge fees. I went back after they apologized and promised to refund. Some girl with a weird name told me they needed managers approval and would correct mistake. They never did return the error and I had to pay fee. I hate this bank so much and all the lying employees are all fake. Zero stars!

Terrific Bank Tellers - smart and fast and friendly. There can be long lines with very complicated international bank dealings going ...be prepared. Seriously. The Drive Thru looks enticing...walking in is usually quicker. .
