Worst Wells Fargo Ethan I’ve ever been to in my life… the tellers move so slow & are careless of time.. they’re at least respectful but i guess the place is just understaffed.. I’m glad it’s closing, horrible management.

Frustrating Phone Service ExperienceI've had an ongoing issue with Wells Fargo's phone service, and I must say it's been incredibly frustrating. It seems like they never pick up the phone, and what's even more baffling is that their service hours don't mention anything about a lunch break.As a customer, it's disheartening to have my calls consistently forwarded or left unanswered. It gives the impression that customer convenience isn't a priority. I believe that during working hours, someone should be available to at least pick up the phone and address customer concerns promptly.Improved phone service and clear communication of service hours, including any breaks, would go a long way in enhancing the overall banking experience. It's my hope that Wells Fargo can take this feedback into consideration to improve their customer service.

I have been a loyal customer of Wells Fargo for 10 years, and I recently had an experience that reminded me of why I continue to bank with them, despite some of the negative perceptions about the industry.Yesterday, I visited the Wells Fargo branch located at 1201 E Hallandale Beach Blvd, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, with my three-year-old daughter to have a document notarized, a process that typically takes about 10 minutes. To my surprise, when I arrived at the branch around 4 PM, the only available employee informed me that she had already finished her work for the day and was leaving. This left me in a difficult situation as she was the only one who could notarize my document.In my moment of frustration, I decided to visit another Wells Fargo branch located at 3131 W Hallandale Beach Blvd, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, a few miles away, expecting a similar response. However, the experience there was entirely different. Patricia Torres, an employee at the second branch, not only greeted me warmly but also promptly notarized my document. Her professionalism, willingness to help, and dedication to customer service were exceptional.It’s thanks to outstanding individuals like Patricia that I remain a customer of this bank. Her actions showcased the kind of customer-centric approach that I value in a financial institution. While some may have negative perceptions of big banks, experiences like this one remind me that exceptional employees can make all the difference.Thank you, Patricia, and thank you, Wells Fargo, for having such dedicated staff who prioritize customer satisfaction.

There seems to be a common problem with the Wells Fargo branches. I am counting 7 people in front of me in line, and there are only 2 clerks taking clients at the windows. There is no greeter as I’ve seen in other branches not anyone sitting in the cubes or desks that are outside. It’s the beginning of the year. Customers deserve MUCH BETTER.

You want talk to a human robot go this branche. There is no more customer service, only whatever my "boss" told me I'll do that. Only thing these employees care is to sit out 9-5pm and go home, forget about simple customer service. You need an appointment for a 1 minute service. We live in crazy times I guess. I walked in this branch, branch is EMPTY, no custumers, bankers doing nothing, they are telling me I need an appointment! Is this crazy?!

Service is not what I’m used to getting from Wells Fargo every time I call for help they keep rerouting my call and I can’t seem to get a banker on the phone about my problem and if that’s the way they want to treat a customer of over 15 years I just may have to switch banks

Do everything on earth to avoid going to this branch. It is horrible. The tellers are slow and rude. The bankers are also horrible, rationing off deposit slips and being nasty about it. They have no concept of efficiency or time, just more important for their tellers to talk to each other about their dogs. They are insulting to the customers who want to know why they are waiting and they don't respect anyone. This branch is so bad I want to pull all my money out of wells fargo. Not that it would matter because not a single person in this branch cares about anything, let alone a customer, or cares to provide a service.
