I walked in planning on purchasing the loring sofa and multiple associates saw me and didn’t acknowledge me. It wasn’t busy, the store was practically empty. Not sure how they plan on selling furniture if nobody greets or offers to help potential customers.

Absolute disaster, schedule delivery on day one never came no updates.
Gave me a run around, rescheduled. Wrong items were delivered. Customer service has been non existent.

All other canceled because of back order west elm
Is not a reliable store
West elm costumer service sucks
Don’t go there don’t buy if you really need the stuff ‼️‼️

Well, as you know, West Elm is very well known for good quality furniture. In this particular location has great selection. A lot of things you can take at home same day.

Was gifted a silky tencel sheet set from here. Purchased 8/11, gifted 9/9, and washed/put on bed 9/15. This isn’t my first set (although it is most certainly my last) and I’m meticulous about how I wash/care for them. My last set lasted nearly 5 years (as they should for $150). Anyway, I wash as directed and when putting on my bed, I notice a LARGE area of missing seams on fitted sheet. I call customer service, they say only option is to contact store. I call the store - past 30 days, can’t do anything.
I then research the company online and am not shocked to find a magnitude of customers in much worse situations over way more money spent. Honestly, there are companies out there that still care about the quality of their products and the people they’re selling them to - West Elm isn’t one of them.

The only reason we bought a couch was because the delivery day was August 1st.. They sent me an email were the couch now will be delivered September 30 and they didn't offer me any apologies or anything else. I'm moving into my house without a couch. I have kids. Safe to say.. I will be going to another store where they actually tell me the actual numbers of expected dates for furniture. Save your money for this one

I would prefer to leave 0 Stars. I wanted to purchase the Glimmer Rug in the color Pearl Gray in a 5' by 8'. West Elm has 2 available in the Hallandale location. 2 in Dadeland and 2 in Miami Design District locations. THEY REFUSE TO SELL ME ONE! They all say they have to keep extra ones available for store displays. They want to force me to order one on-line and pay the high shipping fee. I would if I couldn't find one local. There are 6 local to me! I called Headquarters and NO HELP! I do love West Elm items but I am taking my business elsewhere where I would be a valued customer.

I'm never ordering furniture from this place again. Absolutely terrible customer service from corporate. You'd think this place would invest in having better customer policies since their furniture is so expensive. From the beginning they don't disclose that made to order items are non cancellable and non returnable. Not when you go to the store and purchase them. Later on you are informed over the phone after calling to cancel since you have been waiting about 4 months for your items to arrive. First it was delays due to the Suez Canal then all the items hadn't arrived so they couldn't be delivered one at a time. I placed my order in November and it's April and I still haven't gotten any of the items I purchased. I called to cancel some items, those that I was allowed to and they still show up as active. Now I'm stuck with furniture that I don't want and who knows when they deem it possible for me to receive it.

March 2024Ive been Visited this store and even though there was no customers at the store, yet no one approached us to offer help. We had to go to the cashier and ask.Don't get me wrong, the merchandise is absolutely gorgeous. But customer service was not there at least when I visited.

im not one to post but, my wife fell in love with a sofa there, -- first service was great.. after it was purchased it all went to hell.... Delivery was delayed about aprox. 2 1/2 months+... arrived missing 4 pillows... a month later pillows arrived, missing the casings... a month later casings arrived.... and they want to offer 5% reimbursment? thats insulting.... then leave notes in the system saying more was offered and i declined it, though it was never offered....DO BETTER!
