ive been going to this walgreens for 20+years i wanted to use my new OTC card for a few things and to my surprise the shelves ARE NOT STOCKED very empty not one thing on my list did they have WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS STORE what a true shame

Spoke to a Gemini, at least that is what's printed on her name tag, she had the audacity to dismiss me because she was not clocked in and had said that she would not talk to me for free because she was off the clock. Another guy standing next to her just scattered away saying that he was not clocked in and could not talk to me either. Very rude employees, seems that all the ill-mannered people in Hallandale are employed here. Keep on driving, trust me when I tell you that you don't want to walk in here, they are disrespectful

Well what can I say, Erica at the pharmacy is one of the rudest b!tches I've ever encountered. I got up to the counter and She was already in a mood but I work in retail so I get it, and I tried my best to be quick and polite to her but she was just rude the whole time and dismissive. When I tried applying a new plan for my pills she dismissed it and kept saying "put in your number put in your number put in your number" she said no and that was really disappointing but I'll get it fixed through customer care. I didn't make a fuss, I paid for my pills and left but I saw how she was talking to other customers and honestly just avoid this place. I'm sure Erica would appreciate it :)

Spare yourself from the rudeness of the managers at this location. I am baffled by the lack of simple customer service. My experience recap: My whole family has the flu so in order to prevent getting anyone else sick we placed a much needed over the counter order for pickup. Received the email confirmation shortly after and it says wait to pickup until the store has confirmed it's ready. Waited 5+ hours and still nothing so I gave them a call. The manager has a very thick accent and had no idea what I was talking about. Immediately, before I could even give him my order #, told me he didn't have any items. This was weird because in the past, if they didn't have an item in stock they'd email me telling me that. Also how did he even know what my items was since I had not provided ANY information? And how could ALL my items be out of stock? If they didn't have the items that's fine so I asked if he could cancel the order since I was a already charged but he was telling me they didn't have my items. The Manger said no and that I'd have to call my bank for any cancellation. Needle to say I was extremely confused by the whole interaction. And when I went to ask a follow up question he ranted for about 30 seconds and then hung up on me. When you're sick and just trying to get medicine to feel better the last thing you need is to wait 5+ hours and on top of that deal with someone who clearly has no idea what they're doing and zero customer service skills.

The worst customer service ever. The so call manager of the afternoon (Shane, whatever her name is) took 15 minutes to reply for a service call. Never showed up and sent me to another location, whilst on the internet shows the time of service until 9pm and it was only 740pm.Great service

0! Customer service, walked in nobody in site, looks like an abandoned store waited minutes at counter before an unkempt manager asked me if I needed help. As I wait for a passport photo a customer at the front counter is complaining the wait for a cashier.

Went into this store in the early afternoon to buy a certain face soap. When i asked the woman in store dept to help me she was reluctant to help. I described what i was looking for and she was unwilling to help me. Ive been in this store before and the employees were helpful. I guess i need to stop shopping at this walgreens!

If I could give it Zero stars I would. The manager is rude and careless. Always gives attitude and gets annoyed every time she gets confronted with a customer issues. Largely due to the fact that it takes her away from her phone conversations on her Bluetooth speaker on her ear. If she dislikes her job so much she should seek other opportunities.

This walgreens compared to the one east near the beach made me feel uncomfortable. Felt like there is a lot of shoplifting going on as you have to go right in front of the cashiers in order to go get out. Had to visit twice because that is where my prescription was sent. Wont visit anymore will stick with the one east.

This was my first time at this Walgreens located on West Hallandale Beach Blvd. Much like any other Walgreens, the store offers various items such as health & beauty products, toys, cosmetics, medicine, grocery, seasonal items, drive-thru pharmacy, 1-hr photo, etc. at reasonable prices. My purpose for coming here was not to buy anything, but to pay my FPL bill. I received an email from FPL that stated the place (Amscot) where I was paying the bill before will no longer be available and posted many authorized walk-in payment locations close to my address, thus choosing this Walgreens because they do not charge the $1.50 fee. After taking care of a few things, I found a park and entered the store which was very quiet and had a few patrons shopping. I was nicely greeted by a female cashier and once she spotted the FPL bill in my hand, she directed me to the Western Union machine which was located by the Photo department. A female in the department was nice enough to aid me a bit on how to use the machine, which took about 5-10 minutes. Then I proceeded to the cashier to give her my payment. Once I left the store, I called FPL to make certain they received the payment, which they did. Guess I'll be coming here every month from now on until FPL makes another change.

Very unfortunate that their customer service has started to decline. This was my favorite Walgreens in the area. Now I go in and they could careless about your business. So sad!!
