About Concord Deer Processing
By far the best hog sausage and best deer sausage around, this place is very nice staff and easy access to the cooler. Staff are professional, well trained, friendly, and no frills; they don't throw in jalapeno, cheddar or maple syrup because the sausage is just that good. They bring all deer for caped out and processed there, and the smoked sausage is unreal good.

Undoubtedly the best deer sausage around. No Frills... they don't throw in Jalapeno/cheddar or maple syrup because they don't need to. It is just that good.
