“This is the cleanest, friendliest CVS location I’ve encountered. I’m always greeted when I enter, but they don’t stop there; they ACTUALLY ask if I need help finding anything. If I do, they’re very cheery about helping. The store is very well organized. I used the pharmacy for the first time and pharmacist tech actually found multiple discounts for my prescription without even asking. She never made me feel less for being uninsured. It’s really the little things that make a difference. Just a great store all around.”

“I love this CVS!! From the front of the store to the back everyone is awesome!! The pharmacy staff are spot on and answer the phone politely and professionally. I switched to this location from the one at Crowder and North Monroe almost a year ago. The other location had issues in the pharmacy, with parking and the front of the store staff were not professional. I haven’t been disappointed once since shopping at this store. Good job CVS! “Overall good customer service, and really miss Steven!! He was very professional and went out of his way to help you. Nancy is very good as well. HOWEVER, I had the opportunity to get my Covid updated vaccine, at the Lake Ella Pharmacy, and they were SUPER nice to deal with, too, and fast! Plus, they have a more private way to give vaccines, too, behind closed door, instead of in the open.”

“I can't say enough good things about this Walgreens location. I feel like they have the absolute best Pharmacy with Mr. Mike, Annette, and the rest of the staff in the pharmacy. They are always professional and courteous as well being able to tell they genuinely care about their customers well being, and do everything they can within their power to help. In the front of the store Edwina always greats me with a smile on the way in and a pleasant farewell on my way out, even if I'm not checking out at the front register. All of the other employees whose names I do not know are helpful and pleasant as well! Great all around staff and attitude, keep up the GREAT JOB!”
