I purchased $35 worth of gas on my debit card. The gas pump was broken so it only gave me $4.51cents worth of gas and they did not put it back on my card yet and they knew that the pump was broken?.The manager was aggravated when I mentioned this to the cashier and aggressively gave her an out of order sign to go put on the broke down pump finally. But I'm not going to stop coming until I get my money back. I work hard for it and they should not be able to keep it ? ?? ?

This place never has gas, and if it does the pumps are stupidly slow. Should shut down at this point, wawa needs to take over!

I absolutely love this 7 eleven they are pleasent to deal with and they always give us the best deals and call us excellent customers it's definitely a Nice gesture on there behalf.

This 7-11 is the cleanest, friendliest and most welcoming store in the area. The coffee is always hot and fresh; no matter what time of the day or night and the employee's are, probably, the nicest in the area. I'd recommend this store to anyone; especially in this day of nasty, hateful, and down-right mean employee's in the service industry today.

I have been living next-door for a couple of years now and every time I come here to load a prepaid or cash app card, they either don’t want to load the card or straight out lie about the system being down. I used to work for 7-Eleven so I understand any time something comes down we have a whole list of different companies that can come out to fix the problem right away. My suspicions is the owner just doesn’t wanna pay the fee. Honestly it’s just frustrating when you know you have bills to pay and a service that is offered by a franchise is being denied due to someone just being lazy.

This use to be one of my favorite 7-Elevens, but the has changed over the past couple of years. I watched the clerk woman get snippy with the customer ahead of me who purchased some items and needed assistance with the card machine. The customer also asked if they could exchange a $5 bill for $5 in quarters which sparked more attitude which was completely uncalled for especially since the customer was understanding about her saying no.This store also charges for the free rewards items which is something other stores don'tdo.

They usually ok, but when the older people is working they got lines of more than 10 people, and on top of that, they don't know how to load money on cards, and they just tel you: "machine no work"And this happens several times to me!!So frustrating!

So if your buying something less than 5 dollars And your paying with a 20 they will not sell it to you.. Absolutely ridiculous and the clerk is about as rude as it gets .
