Unprofessionaly passive aggressive. Very odd interaction. I visited in January and discussed the potential of J&S preparing my tax return. I never followed up and neither did they from what I remember. At any rate there was never any commitment from either party. They phoned on April 15th while I was on a business trip in the UK. I let them know that I already filed with my apologies. What followed was what I can only be described as a scoff. It has been awhile since I have had a good scoff directed at me...so Bravo. Then he just hung up. Add angry man.

Well all I will say is they are just not good at what they do. Customer service is not good. quality of services provided very poor. I could not in good conscience recommend anyone to ever use them. How they stay in business blows my mind!

I worked here for about a month and a half and it was the worst learning experience/worst customer service seen by “professionals†in my entire life. I got sat down and screamed at and belittled by Bill, only for him to tell me five minutes later that it was meant as a scare tactic. Also, I would come back to nasty notes on my desk, as well as EVERYTHING I did wrong, never nothing I did right. As somebody newcoming to what could have been a great career in this field... They made it the most unbearable work place I've ever been at and I have prior military experience. You can not laugh, make a joke, nothing. In my eyes, that's just what makes for poor team work and more employees are not going to want to work there FOR That reason. I advise who ever wants or is thinking about working here, to really think it through. As my reason for being let go was “it is just not working outâ€, when they would ALSO tell me (not praise me but just tell me) that I caught on quicker than anyone else that has been in that position. So good luck to any future receptionists who want to go to work miserable every day.
