Their garden center is always so pitiful looking. Trees always look dead and falling over. The walkways are always so dirty. It definitely doesn't look like they have anyone taking care of their trees/plants.

Staff are so professional, kind and helpful. Mellisa, Elijah, Mary and all the staff I cannot appreciate enough. The Hawthorne store is the only store I go to for my farm supplies. Elijah is very helpful when I require information and education on different parts and equipment to run my farm. Tractor supply is a good company but I suggest you not get the Replacement/Return Warranties. I bought an electric fence charger with a 1 year warranty to keep my cattle in but it stopped working soon after. Attempting to return it was such a hassle. I gave up and just disposed of it. That is the first time I have bought something from Tractor Supply that did not work as planned. All their products are of good quality and as I have stated the staff are amazing.

Tractor Supply has been added to my travel stops when driving back and forth to visit family. A good excuse to stretch my legs and I enjoy walking the store. I had to laugh that this last visit I found a squishmallow that my daughter has been searching for! And for almost a year- Connor the Cow, naturally found at Tractor Supply! My grandson is addicted to the little stuffed animals and he was thrilled to claim this one as soon as I handed it to him.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, kind, and attentive! We stopped here on a road trip that my 1 year old son was not a fan of. We got to stretch our legs and found a great selection of items, a few of which came home with us. The manager takes excellent care of everyone who walks through the door!

Great store, clean, organized and well stocked. Staff always super friendly and helpful. Especially Boston (I forgot her real name ?) who I typically see at the front registers. My kids love coming in here too.. Last time we were in they got to see and pet 2 adorable mini horses.
