This has to be the worst post office I have ever encountered. My packages never arrive in time even when I ship over night. Since April my mail lady decided that she no longer was going to deliver mail to my home since she didn’t see me or my kids around MIND YOU I WORK! I get a paper saying my mail is being held and I have to pick it up or they are returning to sender. I pick up my mail now guess what? She just decided to stop delivering my mail all together now all my mail is being sent back to senders and no one here ever has any answers for you. I’m on the verge of filing a corporate complaint this is ridiculous. I don’t care if it’s a small town it’s not a excuse, mail is federal. And the fact that you all are playing around with people’s mail and packages is crazy!

Been trying to track a package they said they delivered for a week to no avail. They dont answer the phone, ever, and a 20 mile round trip x2 has me wondering if they care. Our regular route carrier was off that day or I am sure it would have been delivered. She is excellent. Guess we just chalk that one up to a lost deal!

I am going to look into changing post office completely. They have delivered to the wrong address multiple times. I cannot stand them. They constantly make excuses knowing that they either cannot read or do not care. Or both.

I want give a big thank you to the postmaster . I had a package not left in locker or mailbox and he drove out to my house after work . Thats customer service.

Have lived at same address for 10 years. Out of the blue, I am informed my mailbox is 5 inches too short..less than the size of my small hand. Rules are Rules! However, Rules should be applied to everyone, not just a select few. I feel discriminated against. I wish they were that meticulous when it came to delivery of my mail to the correct address. Maybe raising the height will improve service!

I honestly have NO IDEA how the lady named Patty is still employed. I’m new to this county & have a lot of issues with my Mail. Instead of being polite & showing gracious costumer service she is ALWAYS disgustingly rude to me & I am not even rude to her. I have NEVER in my 35 years dealt with such a disgusting individual and I work in the medical field. This is my third encounter with her in 30 short days & I can honestly say I’m mortified & do not want to enter this post office again. The first 2 times I let her have her way with me but this time unfortunately a verbal quarrel took place. This lady needs to be reprimanded for her terrible behavior!

If I could give negative stars I would I had a package that was supposedly lost opened some stuff stolen out of package one of my 30.00 candles already burnt one replaced with a walmart candle only to have the ladies in front office tell me I don't pay their checks and take it up with the sender never is this acceptable!!!
