Disappointing and unprofessional. Had a house insured with frontline for 7 years. Guess what - first claim we ever filed for a minor leak was denied. 3 months of not answering phone calls, not answering emails, changing plans - with adjuster on holidays/ vacation / sick etc for 3 months, changing phone numbers, corporate voice mails never answered, the list can continue. Be prepared for a lengthy battle if you ever have a claim, and go elsewhere if you can.

This company is terrible and so difficult to work with. I hope to find a new company next year. They love to send cancellations notices in order to request information for proof of completion. For example I had a new roof installed two years ago with another insurance company. Instead of asking for proof of the new roof they send a notice of cancellation until I provided an invoice. Maybe a suggestion Frontline, ask for the proof before canceling. They did the same thing with my new water heater. I can only imagine how they will be if I ever have to file an actual claim.

I would give no stars if that was an option. I am extremely disappointed in the service by Frontline. We had our second home insured with them. It was insured as a second home and when I bought the policy I put a lot of emphasis on our mailing address was different than the property address. I knew it was coming up on renewal but I had a lot of health issues with my mom and forgot. My fault I know. By the time I realized I still did not have any mail on the renewal of our policy, it was 8 days passed the renewal. I paid for it immediately and was told no problem over the phone. I also said please make sure you have the mailing address right. I was assured they had it right.- However, when we did arrive at the property the only mail was a cancellation notice from earlier in the month. NO other mail had been sent to that property. Well 15 days later when I needed to show proof of insurance to my mortgage company, I saw that it was still showing canceled. I called only to find out that they decided not to renew us. No explanation was given. So here I was 15 days without insurance on my home for no reason. Then I had another emergency with my mom and had to fly back home. While I was up here, I found out a letter and a refund check was sent to the property - again they still had not fixed our mailing address. So here I am dealing with two emergencies now - one I have no insurance and two my mom is in the hospital. Then no way to deposit the refund check to pay for a policy with someone else. I am extremely frustrated with no help from the local agents or Frontline - they refused to budge from canceling us. Their customer service is awful - DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Purchased coverage from Frontline in November 2023, set an inspection date for insurer to inspect our home. They gave me an arrival window of between 1-3pm and arrived at 3:45pm. I had left at that point and couldn't let them in for the inspection. I attempted to reschedule, they said they'd call me back. They didn't and cancelled my insurance policy. Without telling me. I found out via their website when I logged in to attempt to schedule an inspection. A terrible company.

To M&L:I'm with Frontline. I have been fighting for hail damage claim since August 2023. Finally after adjuster verified damage, roofers verified damage, Frontline sends out an engineer, on their payroll, and today (12/19/23)we get a call denying our claim. Frontline tells us that it happened 4 years ago, which happened in our last year of coverage from Nationwide. Meanwhile, the next house on each side of us have had their roofs replaced from hail damage this year. Obviously not by Frontline Insurance. Coincidental, I think not. And we are up for renewal next October. So now we have to try and get Nationwide to cover a claim that is 4 years old. Doubtful it will happen. Therefore no renewal next October, no insurance coverage unless we pay for a $25,000 roof. Wow. What a scam. Have to resort to attorney fees and delays I guess. And I'm disabled Social Security fixed income. Can you say second mortgage. Yeah that's fair. Or suicide, one day at a time. It'll workout.

We appreciated Michelle Neal's professional attitude towards her inspection responsibilities balanced by her personable approach. From scheduling a prompt yet convenient inspection date, confirming attendance, showing up when scheduled, efficient and thorough multiple point inspection. Respectful of our presence while conducting a thorough inspection of our personal space. And a good communicator in explaining the purpose of the inspection, her credentials and business relationship with Frontline, and her findings/conclusions.

So far so good. Good rates, do it yourself inspection was easy, great customer service. If I ever have a claim, that will be the true measure of the company ?

We have an agent who doesn't return e mails or phone calls and have gotten zero dollars from our claim filed 2 months ago. Why don't you allow a NO STARS review????

The process of inspection and obtaining a home insurance policy was thorough and fast. Agents were very efficient and courteous. It is a pleasure doing business with Frontline.

Reasonable rates with a 5% discount at time of renewal , with no rate increase . I gladly renewed my annual home owners insurance. With ever increasing Florida rates going through. Needless to say I don't need to shop around this year.

Frontline is terrible. We have two different properites insured thru them and are on our fourth adjuster on each. On both, we sustained damage thru Hurricane Ian, which we documented fully with photos, reports, and attended 3 different field inspections. Still a year later they act confused about the nature of the damage from "wind driven rain". On one property, they have reimbursed us less than the annual premium we pay them. It has been an insulting, demoralizing experience overall. When you try to elevate the issue to a manager, it is impossible as they hide behind antiquated phone systems. In this day and age, you would expect a direct email and to easily elevate issues with adjusters who take several months to get back to you. Worse, we understand the insurance agents that sell their policies are incentivized to keep their clients claims low - which explains the one positive review by an insurance agent! The worst part is, the abuse of their client base is so rampant, clients have to resort to legal steps which raises the cost for everyone, and just makes the lawyers and Frontline the winners.

After the home inspection, the premiums were raised without any notice. The insurance company didn't seek your consent or require your signature; it just went into effect. You only realize it when you try to cancel the insurance, and you find out you're getting less money back! This is a very poor experience.

Still waiting on the outcome of a claim submitted in June 2023. In the meantime, they refused to renew my coverage because the roof needs to be replaced which is the reason for the claim!!!I've been calling the adjuster every week for an update...sent an email and no response... now you want me to send another email....NOPE, find the original one that was sent!

A company you can work with. They make the entire process as easy as 1.2.3. Well done. And the website is terrific.
