I've had my space here since 2006 and the original owners were just the best folks around. The new corporate owners have decided the best way to thank me for my YEARS of on time and automatic payments by raising my rental rate for the third time in 2 years, twice in just the last six months, over $50 per month increase. Emailed the manager and was told they don't "make adjustments, is there anything else you'd like to ask?" We'll be moving as soon as we are able to get everything out. What a waste of 16 years of being a great customer.

Wasn't sure what to expect from this facility, since I was coming in from out of state to help a family member. I'd called a couple of weeks before my arrival to get the details on access, trash disposal, and anything else I should know.
I spoke with Alicia, who was very helpful and understanding of what a big job it can be to clean out one of these units. She even gave me the best piece of advice...... coordinate a charity donation truck to come get everything that we weren't keeping. This idea was a life saver!
The place is clean, well,-lit, and secure. You can't go wrong... Call Alicia, and you'll be good to go. Just remember to not leave unwanted items and trash behind!
