When their is a customer at the cashier counter, please, please, please do not have side chats about other employees and their shortcomings with other employees behind the register. Its disrespectful to the other employee who should just be receiving this news face to face in a private conversation as opposed to front counter banter. It also takes the focus off the guest in front of the counter while the side chat happens.
Otherwise clean friendly store.

I can not even give a star. I ordered 2 subs, needed to change the time and no one will answer the Subway phone or the Store phone. So now I am paying for Subs I cannot get. I at least wanted to tell them to enjoy them on my dime.

Tried to purchase tobacco and the clerk refused to just look at my ID as opposed to scanning it. There is not a law that requires me to let a business scan my license. Scanning licenses is a way to collect information on me and sell my information to others; as such, I do not want my license scanned. You lost a sale because of this unnecessary refusal.

Don’t come pass 10:20pm when the “cashier/ customer service attendant” HOLLY is working. HOLLY was very rude and her body gestures were very disturbing and disgusting which lead multiple customers out of the store and to business else where. This was not the first time HOLLY has done this. I use to be a regular customer but for wanting something behind the counter when their is only self check out available has discouraged me from acquiring business at Circle K especially with employees like HOLLY.

Apparently asking the lady who works the register to do her job was too much to ask. When I went to the self-checkout I simply asked her if a doughnut would ring up or if she needed to do it. She started by looking at me like i was bothering her rolling her eyes then gave me a snotty remark "yeah it'll do it just put it up there", with a very harsh negative tone. Then when I asked for a pack of my cigarettes she once again seemed inconvenienced, and stated "will that be all this time!" in an elevated nasty attitude voice. Mind you, I had only been at the self check out for about 45 seconds to one whole minute. I used cash at first and then I had to use my card and the Machine had a problem and she said "I really don't need this tonight" again with the harsh tone and attitude. Also because the card reader doesn't read properly unless you push the card and hold it up into the card reader once again she's rolling her eyes and looking at me like I'm the problem. I seriously think she needs to go on to day shift, night shift not working out for her very well.
