About Citrus Hill Nails
Citrus Hill Nails offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly and pleasant staff. They deliver high-quality nail services, ensuring customers leave satisfied with their results. The team goes above and beyond to ensure customer comfort, often exceeding expectations with thoughtful gestures. Customers appreciate the friendly and professional staff, as well as the relaxing atmosphere that makes them feel completely at ease. With their exceptional service, Citrus Hill Nails has earned a loyal customer base, making it a go-to destination for nail care.
While many enjoy the services, some reviews mention issues with the pedicure experience, describing it as rushed and lukewarm, with weak massage and water. Concerns have also been raised about cleanliness, as tools are sometimes pulled from a pencil case, wiped with a towel, and reused without clear sanitation. Despite these concerns, the quality of the gel manicure is praised, especially when performed by skilled technicians. A young girl was praised for doing a great job on nails, though her name is unknown. Customers also note that staff are friendly and willing to correct mistakes promptly, showing a focus on customer satisfaction. Overall, Citrus Hill Nails remains popular for those seeking nail care, though some clients prefer other local techs for more consistent results.
