Dr. B. Liu is a kind, caring doctor who treats the 'whole human being', not just symptoms. She greets you with a big smile, concentrates on your well being, generous with time for questions and thorough explanations. Her friendly staff is top notch, and the walk-in clinic is a bonus.

My name Jayne Shurette-Scheets and I would like to give a review for Dr. Liu.I am new to the area and was referred to Dr. Liu and I am so glad I was. She is the warmest and caring physician I have ever had taken care of me. She listens to every concern you have and addresses every single one with you. She explains it such a way when you leave her office you have a very clear understanding of your medical concerns. She is witty and is very concerned with your stories that you share in your personal life making conversations with her very easy and fun. She is truly a gracious lady and excellent doctor. Her staff is very friendly and helpful which makes this group of professionals a pleasure to go to and be sure you are getting quality care. Thanks Dr. Liu and Ladies

Recently I was out of State and despite having both my Covid vacinnes I got a serious case of Covid requiring 4 trips to the ER.Dr.Liu and her staff movedMountains to help me and became a team with my doctors there.Dr.Liu was amazing and I will shout her praises forever.A Dr. Is only as good as her staff and the staff at Dr.Liu's is 5 star in every department.i must add the out of town team was great too and I was told without having had my vaccines and infusion I might not be here.

This doctor is one my best award list. She is professional, extremely responsive and she has the type of kindness and respect, bar none. I’m 59 with a complicated medical history, both physically and mentally. She has done everything she can to guide me. I’m grateful. Others in the profession could and should take a lesson from her

Worst doctor. I have gone to her for 10 years . The last few years she has missed diagnosed me one was thyroid i had to call moffett myself after she said they would handle things. Second was my hip . She said after I had xray I had brusitis wrong the pain was so great . Luckily after a few days i found Dr chung he knew right away bone on bone after one xray did surgery within 2 weeks.you take a chance with Dr. Liu and her help the person who answered the phone said she would refer me to a pain clinic .2 times I have been mistreated after 10 years. What happened dr. Liu!

I called this office as a new patient. I explained my situation and said that I would be a cash patient. The staff member I was speaking with said we don’t take self paying patients. When I asked why , she said I already spoke with you . She was very rude when she said this . The name of the place I called was different from the second place . After she informed me of this , she was silent and didn’t say any else . I ended up hanging up . Dr Lui may be very good and nice , but would never go to this office with the front office staff being this rude .

While Dr. Liu is a proficient MD, her office staff is abysmal.When my wife tried to get a walk-in, admittedly rather late in the day, Lisa, one of the nurses shouted from the back, "Who the hell comes in for a walk-in this late?" It embarrassed my wife, who was in pain from eczema all over her arms and was just hoping to get a quick script for a steroid.When we called to complain, they basically just said that they did not see what was unprofessional about it. I asked to speak to an office manager, and was told the person I was speaking to was the manager. I asked who I was speaking with, and she gave me a fake name - it was Lisa, I would find out later. (who is not the manager, she is a nurse)When my wife returned to the office a week later, they claimed I screamed at them on the phone, which I did not. My wife knew I did not, because she was there when I called. People who were not even in the office that day were swearing they heard me.They slammed the window in her face claiming that I said she would "never return." That was never said either.Moral of the story? If you have a complaint about Dr. Liu's office staff: Keep your mouth shut until you find another GP that can see you. They will make excuses, lie, and get everyone else in the office to swear to it. Then they will discharge you from the practice. I am currently filing a complaint with the FL Medical Review Board.Hope it was worth it to them!

Actually, my review of her staff is zero, due to their rudeness. I had made an appointment, filled out the paperwork which stated my insurance. When I came in for my appointment this afternoon I was treated like garbage by the doctors staff. I was told they only accept United HealthCare or BlueCross. I stated that my insurance information was on the form filled out several days ago. Their reply was that because I had not signed my name on the first page of the forms they were unable to look at it. Even if this doctor is great, I won't ever go there again.

Dr B Liu is kind, caring and a great listener. She provides quality care with a smile. Wait times can be long, but it's because she will take urgent walk ins so you don't have to make a trip to the ER or Urgent care to see your docotor. She goes above and beyond.
