I pay for service to have my yard spray all summer long once a month it’s been about nine days they were supposed to come out on the 27th or 28th to spray I’ve been trying to call and call and they do not pick up the phone I left voice messages Either these people give me the money back I will take them to court

My dad paid Allen in FULL for $3000 in 2023but simply is TOO BUSY TO DO THE JOB HE WAS PAID FOR. I hv tried on REPEATED occasions to LURE him over to do a job in which he was PAID & refused to do the job & when he did briefly grace us , with his presence he was RUDE, COCKY, & ARROGANT

They have become the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been a customer for many years and was always happy but the last couple of years they are beyond unreliable. Don’t show up when scheduled. Don’t respond to messages. They are also very unprofessional/rude to speak to if you can actually get hold of them. And I even got a really strange late night text from Allen once lol After weeks of no showing after scheduling appointments repeatedly and each person blaming the other I finally just requested a refund. I did not receive a response or a refund. Today I sent a text saying that I have neither received a refund or service and the reply that I got was “Good ??” That was the icing on the cake lol. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

This is the worst bug killing company. No sooner they spray, the bugs are back in just one day. The people, especially the owner, are very disrespectful and rude.

I would ? recommend Allen and his business to anyone who needs good pest management services. Not only will they treat and protect your home their pricing is better than most pest companies out there. Also, very informative and friendly.

We were sprayed on 8/29/23. Allen and Amanda did a thorough job and were very pleasant. The cost is also much less (by almost $1000.00) which made it even better
