The information provided by you is completely false. I want to clarify that the engine was purchased directly from the seller using an American Express card, and not through eBay. Upon picking up the engine, it was in very poor condition, without a box, which they themselves acknowledge due to the time it had been unsold. Therefore, I requested a refund. The seller told me that in the years they have been working, they do not make changes or accept returns, even if the customer is right. I was unable to speak with the owner, who had undergone throat surgery and could not communicate. I requested a number to contact the owner via text message, but this was denied, and I was asked to leave the premises. I proceeded to file a claim with my card from the location, and I have recorded conversations resulting in a refund.

Thanks to Yurkis and Chris, I’m now the proud owner of my very first car! They went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied and confident with my purchase. Not only do I love my car, but the staff made the entire experience a LOT less stressful. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the people are so personable. I’d definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to come here - you will be taken care of!

I purchased an engine based on photos provided by the seller and made the appropriate payment. However, upon picking up the engine, I discovered that it did not match the images at all. The owner of the business refused to address my complaints and only said that they do not refund money on anything they sell. This lack of responsibility and commitment is unacceptable.

S&T is a car dealership that should be aimed more towards those looking for a cheap in between car, or parts. As people can see through responses to other reviews, they guarantee nothing. They will recommend you bring your own mechanic to double check, and after my experience I would advise everyone to truly not buy a vehicle from S&T unless you have a second maybe even third opinion. I bought a used vehicle, 2020, and everything seemed perfect when we bought it. I got gap insurance, as well as an extended warranty. However, this vehicle proceeded to need a new transmission not even a full week after buying the car. While S&T did pay to have the car towed to them, 3 days after the purchase of a vehicle that is not much of a good look. The vehicle was fixed under dealership warranty, and I was without a car. Why? Because the best rental S&T could provide was a foreign car, the speed didn’t read right, and every light was on on the dash of this vehicle. Come to find out when it is time for an oil change and tires, the car was also sold to me with a bent axle, and we were informed of an accident history. I am fixing my vehicle outside of S&T, and will not be returning or recommending this dealership. I waited to post this until I had made the decision on how to handle these issues. It will not be through the dealership, but people should be aware that this dealership is not honest with you regarding vehicles you’re buying. ***An update after response from ownership: I was not given a vehicle to drive, as the vehicle i was offered was in worst physical condition. The warranty was not given for free, nor was the transmission fixed by S&T motors in Hernando. The transmission was replaced by Hyundai. S&T DID tow the car. That is it.

S&T motors is amazing. One person I have to shout out is Yurkis. Every time I went there he was extremely friendly and professional. I walked into S&T looking for a new truck (mind you totally not expecting to get very far) because my old trucks transmission blew and all of a sudden I was walking out of the dealership with a new vehicle. Well, a couple months later that truck got totaled and he actually contacted me and set me up with another vehicle. Everyone I talk to looking for a new vehicle I always recommend S&T Motors. That place is awesome!

I have to say after shopping for weeks looking for a car we stopped in just to see what cars they had… sales man was so. Nice he came right out to us let me test my car. He time with me going over the loan information.he stayed until almost 10:00 helping me finalize paper work he really went above and beyond. I would refer them to all my friends …..

Sold me a car that had issues...claimed they fixed it but did not..Sales man says he sales 30,000,00 cars that are McGyvered..I still owe on this vehicle less then a year..less then 10,000 miles I put on it and now being repossessed and my ghostly credit is now bad..SMH..don't buy from here..
