I was coming from out.of state and was in a hurry to pick up my rental before the store closed at 5. No worries. I got there at about 4:30 and was on the road in maybe 10 minutes. I hate being old enough to describe them this way, but, the young man and lady who helped me were great. A+

They were very friendly and check out was very quick.There is one slight dent ( scrape ) on the lower driver side of the back part. It isn't visible in the photo I took. I didn't do a close up. Thank you

If I could give a negative star review, I would. Went in today to get the truck I reserved a week ago and they didn’t have a truck for me after calling me yesterday to make sure I was still going to come in and told them yes I will be there, so much for the guaranteed reservation. The guy that runs the place in hernando is an angry man, all he could say is go across the county to get your rental since obviously he was not as prepared as he should have been and I honestly believe he gave our truck to someone else and then hand me a number and tell me to call it if I want to complain. Made that call and wasn’t treated much better there either. Thank goodness for the good man across the county in homosasa that helped us out.
