I came here because I had a faulty battery. I have the warranty and wanted to have my battery exchange. The lady was very rude not only to me but to a previous customer. She then proceeded to take forever to let me know that my battery had to be checked before I exchange it. When she sent some other employee to go do it for me she then told him not to because it was raining. ( it wasn't the cloud was just gray) and proceeded to ignore me. Horrible customer service if it wasn't that I paid for extra warranty on the last faulty battery they sold me I wouldn't have came. Won't come back to this location.

Pay for 12 quarts of oil to do an oil change, says you can bring your used oil back, only let's me bring in 5 quarts. Customer services is horrible.

They should fire Raisa o Reisa ,I don't know how to write her name from this place, the worst costume services ever, if you don't feel like working, go and work somewhere else, bad face, and bad manners with the client, bad attitude, this place was a good place to shopping but now is just about mala Cara y chusmeria .

I went in early to drop off a car battery to charge it. When i get back to the store a few hours early, I get my battery back and I asked if they could test it to make sure it was working. The lady told me to wait a bit and started attending another customer. I waited 10 mins, for something that could've been done in 2. I asked a bald man with a mustache who had just finished on the phone if he could test the battery and just told me to go back to the line. I got frustrated and left, it is crazy to me no one there has a sense of urgency to get costumers out of the door.

Customer service so disrespectful, they really are a disservice. Employees treat customers as dogs. Employees love to punish customers in long unnecessary lines. When I asked a very disrespectful lady what she was doing? She answered " you can go next door to the autozone" OMG! I could not believe she was being so disrespectful specially after I spent 28 minutes waiting patiently for help. I left my item right there and I went next door to the Autozone. I cannot believe they get away with this kind of behavior towards the customers. Where is management for this stablisment? How management allow employees untrained and with no customer service idea to interact with people?...This type of disaster I only have seen it in this particular location Hialeah Gardens 8724 nw 122 st Hialeah, Fl 33018. This form of unmatch disrespect to customers and profession, where you can get the worst business experience possible, is common practice among the employees at this location. I am planning not to return to this establishment ever.

Bad customer service from Reysa. All I wanted to do was make a return. She starts arguing about what I need & acuses me of not listening even though I haven’t said a word, all I say is okay. Makes me have to go to my car with her to prove what I wanted. I had to go along with this because I was at her mercy for the return. She realizes she’s wrong & the cuts me off & walks away mid conversation. I get to the cash register & rather then make an exchange, she does a return & charge to my card so I asked “I have to pay again?” & she makes a very rude face at me. She didn’t have the manners to even say “thank you” (IN ANY LANGUAGE). Luckily for her, I covered her on that end. Imagine that, the customer is the only one saying thank you. Can’t shop here anymore.What happened to this place? It used to be a very pleasant shopping experience. Now it’s just straight attitude & obnoxious regeton music blasting ?. Is there new management at this place?.
