He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal on new phones and the highest internet speed, all at a price that worked for me. On Sunday, February 9, I placed a pre-order for two iPhone 16 pro phones in this store. They assured them that it would arrive no later than Tuesday. I received an email with the order and the tracking number of the order. The tracking guide says that they were delivered yesterday and it is signed by one of them. Yesterday I called the store and the girl confirmed that they had arrived. Yesterday night I went to pick them up and, surprise, they told me that something happened with the package. And today the manager is going to solve it for me. From now on, it seems like a lack of respect for the customer, the only response was that something happened with the package when in reality they do know what happened and they were very bad for me. Yesterday I asked to speak to the manager and the girl who helped me told me that she couldn't give me the number. She only told me that today she will solve it for me. Let's see what's going to happen today, my daughter has a birthday and she was waiting for that phone today.
