The worst car wash in all of Miami, very bad service, they leave the cars dirty and when you complain to them they get upset, I had to dry the car myself

I took my car to get a wash, it looked clean from the outside, but once we opened the door, the back seat was still dirty and had my dogs fur in it. They didn’t bother to vacuum it. After I brought it to their attention, they said it’s not part of the car wash service. Which didn’t make sense, because if I drop off my car to get clean inside and outside, it should be included if not I could’ve went to a self car wash and clean it myself.

This is the WORST car wash in all of Miami, they leave the cars dirty inside, if you complain to them they behave rudely, they are very lazy.
Keep away from this car wash, they are lazy and super impolite, they leave the car dirty.

These people are thieves. I had left a couple of masks in my car and they took it and a friend of mine had her new carpets replaced with old used ones. ALERT ALERT don't go there.
