I just left this store very upset by the manager's empathy, I was buying a Christmas tree for 100 dollars which is decorated and therefore I needed help to take it apart and put it in my car, the manager came with a It's bad for you to call the attention of a store worker for helping me, I had to dismantle the tree alone I asked for a bag to put the pendants in, they didn't give it to me I had to buy it, that is, the attention was horrible I passed by this store every moment because I like it but now with what happened to me I will never go back. The manager is rudely disrespectful and never empathized with me because I am the client... and I bought 150 dollars, not 5 pesos... I have nothing to say about the employees, they are very kind. My complaint is from the manager who was rude when dealing with a client…

So disappointed. This goodwill used to have nice items at great prices a few years ago but coming up on a year their prices have sky rocketed. Items that normally cost less are doubled at this goodwill! Their selection has been bad but the prices are incredibly high for a second hand store.

They have horrible customer service in receiving items and talking to people. It’s like they don’t want to work. I came in today with a mirror and a six drawer dresser. Some wear and tear. Needed to be wiped down due to being in storage. The moment my bro and I brought out the mirror the man receiving items gave us the worst look as if it was an issue. I proceeded to tell him about the dresser. Again he was bothered because it was furniture. So I asked, why is there an issue because you keep making gestures like there is. He proceeded to complain that he has to make room and move things around. There’s no space in the store for such an item. (I can understand that. The attitude, I can’t)He asked about the size. I explain it’s a six drawer dresser that comes with the mirror. Mind you my car was near door he just had to walk and take a look.He just went to ask the manager if they would take it, she said yes. When my bro starts handing him the drawers, one of them was a bit damaged on corner. The man then proceeded to tell us that’s broken and in bad condition and he can’t take it. That he will not be able to sell it. We hadn’t taken the whole dresser out. At this point I’m getting mad because he’s not even a manger there. So I told him forget it. I will take it to a goodwill in Broward .This kind of thing only happens in Hialeah. I have lived in many different cities in the U.S.The city of Hialeah has the worst customer service in Sfl. Anything that requires someone to do a bit more or assist as they should seems to be too much. His job is to help receive donations. If furniture is not being accepted put up a sign if your employees can’t be respectful when people bring them in.I was rude to the manger because by the time she came out to tell us to leave it we were almost done squeezing everything back into the rav4. I Wasn’t gonna start taking things out again. I felt bad because it wasn’t her fault . Either way As I told her you have to give respect if you want respect. If he doesn’t like moving furniture then he needs to look for work elsewhere I guess.Once I got to the other good will. The lady came out with a smile, respectful, said hello and a dolly to check out the dresser’s condition. Just by her good attitude had she rejected it, I wouldn’t have had an issue. She said it was fine. We helped her set it up in the store. They are selling it for $100. When someone actually wants to assist they just do. They don’t look for excuses to anything and everything.

Just came to drop some toys at 7:30 pm and the lady opened and said they closed at 7 even dough there is a sign at the door that’s says 8pm (adding a Photo) and also online. Gave me the worst attitude while telling me she was going to accept my donations out of the kindness of her heart basically like if she was doing me a favor by accepting them. Those who take the time to separate good things and bring them here instead of throwing them in the trash, don’t believe she is doing us a favor, we believe In working together for a better world and for those in need BUT, we ALL play and important part in that process and if you don’t have the call, please do everyone a favor and find another job! It’s unfortunate that some employees take things for granted and do not represent well the brand or company that they work for. I will definitely take my unwanted things to the Salvation Army next time.Sorry but some things just have to be said.

Very poor guest service, had to wait twenty minutes to speak to a manager. I had stopped in for some used books. Paperbacks have always been a dollar and Hardbacks two. This location not only removed all pricing signs from all sections but had the audacity to want to charge me extra for a small hard cover book because it was a cookbook, which makes no sense. Management tried to explain that they charge the books depending on topic and cost extra for hard cover which is a complete and utter lie. This is the first and only Good Will to do this. Clearly they remove signage in order to charge guests whatever they want and price gouge. Good Will is a non profit organization that is supposed to be serving it's community not ripping it off for profit. At this point I don't know what's worse thier overly priced ebay/auction site or thier barely stocked physical stores that have been picked clean of quality clothing and goods for said auction site. Good Will has lost sight of their mission and humanitarian purpose.

AWESOME PLACE! I've been here a few times in the past month. I've donated stuff and staff were friendly and professional. They open at 10am everyday to donate items. I've also ventured inside the store to look for some things and found some cool stuff. This place is a hidden gem for nostalgic items. It does get busy on the weekends but it's worth it. Plenty of parking too!

Worst customer service ever! I called twice and the lady is super disrespectful and hung up on me twice. She told me donations close at 7 but theres a sign that says closes at 8! This is suppose to be something for people but we have people like this work. Then the guy who picked up my donation also had a nasty attitude! Why be miserable and work !

This is the worst Goodwill store I have been to in a while. The staff seemed nice but the prices were higher than any goodwill I've ever been to. Several items I googled and found them to be higher than the original department stores. The selection of things to choose from was also not very good. I ended up not buying anything.
