I have been waiting for more than a month for delivery of a refrigerator that I purchased and they just called me to tell me that they cannot deliver it because the refrigerator is damaged!!!! Maybe they haven't had enough time to review it😡😡😡 now I don't know whether to cancel or keep waiting, what I am sure of is that I will never buy an electric effect at Home Depot again
I have been waiting for a delivery of a refrigerator that I bought for more than a month and today they called me to tell me that the equipment is damaged and that of course the delivery is canceled until further notice!!! but what a lack of respect it is that they just haven't had enough time to review the product!!!! Now I don't know whether to cancel it or keep waiting, what I am sure of is that I will never buy an electric effect at Home Depot again.

Everything good unless for an associate by the self checkout directing me to wait for a cashier while all the self checkout were available. I used one of these and still she was asking me why I did not pay where she said! Crazy

My 2 stars on this Home Depot is the lack of feasibility in driving to this location!
It's a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!
There is an ALARMING amount of traffic and truck traffic congestion in this one road that leads to the entrance that it makes you want to make a U turn and head to a different Home Depot!
Going to the ones on I75 corridor from now on. Even getting to the one on NW 103 Rd St in Hialeah is easier than this location!!
But once you finally make it inside, it's huge, customer service is very nice even over the phone.

I like going to this location, and the new Doral location the best. I wish they could get a cleaner to sweep the parking lot. I end up getting nails/screws in my tire whenever I visit.

Their garden section is pretty weak. If you need larger pots, do not go to this location. The large pots they do have are overpriced compared to other locations. I don’t understand why.
And their selection of large pots is almost nonexistent.

Horrible, it is not the opinion of one visit, there are several, there are never enough staff to help you and those who are there are not always knowledgeable. Today I left without what I need and online it says they have 6 in stock, no words.
